BMW of Mobile review
A belt on my car broke approximately 20 miles from the dealership which caused a caution light to come on and my AC immediately stopped working. I was traveling from Birmingham to Mobile and this issue could have been so much worse. I?ve had my vehicle serviced at this location before when visiting Mobile and remembered my service representative?s name. And like last time she worked me right into the queue, had diagnostics performed with a service recommendation in less than 24 hours. All worked well and I was able to pick up my car, attend a board meeting and returning to Birmingham the following morning. Thanks Becky?

I had my first oil change and was running 15 minutes late due to traffic. I called and asked if I should reschedule. The customer service person was so kind and understanding, told me to come anyway and I would still get service. When I arrived everything was quick, easy, super clean and very professional.
