The service here is what really makes the difference. You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the experience they’re creating for people, and that definitely came through here. The service was seamless, the communication was great, and the people made it even better. A really refreshing experience. Special mention to Yvonne, Cody, Michael and Vince! Y’all were truly amazing!

My 2002 325i had an airbag recall. I felt like a relic going in to the dealership. However, everyone treated me politely. I was not asked if I had any other issues that I wanted to address. They sent me a video from the tech that was kind of cool although I don’t think he checked much on the quick inspection.. All the warning lights are on on my dash and they said it passed, lol. All in all it was a good experience. Took a couple hours.

BMW of Shrewsbury review
I used to live within 15 minutes of the Shrewsbury dealership and incorrectly assumed that all BMW shops were the same. After moving out of the area, I quickly learned that I was incorrect. Nobody answers the phone at the dealership near me. Even if you know your party's extension number, you go straight to voicemail. I've never been sent to voicemail with Shrewsbury. I was having a problem with one of my windshield wipers and called Shrewsbury. They put me on a brief hold to make sure they had the proper replacement blades. Then, they told me I could come in anytime. When I arrived, I was seen immediately. The customer service is top notch. I will now drive 2 hours out of my way to visit Shrewsbury BMW.

Tulley BMW of NashuaReviews
Tulley BMW of Nashua review
just purchased a 2024 BMW X3 from Tully BMW of Nashua, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. My sales representative, Noah, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. His thoughtful approach made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with David, the BMW Genius, who came out to provide detailed insights about my new car. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

Just a quick thank you to Vinny for making the process very easy. My daughter bought a BMW X1 M35I at Tulley Nashua and they were very professional, helpful and down to earth people. I would definitely recommend Tulley and will be back in the future. Thank you Vinny, Cam and David.

BMW of Warwick review
I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance. This purchase exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Vito, Gina and the folks at the dealership. Sincerely, Ed K.

BMW of Rockland exceeded my expectations. Despite having bought my 2025 X3 elsewhere, they took care of a recall and provided the best detailing ever, and completed the work faster than promised. So outstanding that as a service customer, I would consider buying my next car there.

BMW of Norwood review
I had my car maintenanced. Sean Henry, my advisor, as usual provided exquisite service across the board. Of note, the cafe for customers is incredibly below standards expected for BMW. Junk food?small portions etc

We have dealt with this dealer for many years and numerous BMWs. The advisor is very knowledgeable and we rely on Eligha Ramos for guidance. GM Avery Trumbo has assembles a a great team.

BMW of Warwick review
We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

OUTSTANDING!!! The whole process was a great experience. It was my first BMW and won’t be my last. Luke is a great salesman. No pressure, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. I cannot say enough about Luke and everyone else at this dealership. Thank you everyone for making this such a pleasant experience.
