BMW of Ridgefield review
This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership. I have 2 other BMW dealerships that are significantly closer to where I live, however, my experiences with the Ridgefield Dealership has been excellent. They are responsive, and understand what I am looking for, and are straightforward. That’s what I value!

BMW Mt. Kisco review
Best experience we had with car purchasing, found the car online, we drove 50 mins from NJ, Christopher made our experience remarkable. He was very detailed, fair and patient! Shawn from finance helped us in making informed decision about extended warranty. Over all very good experience with Mt. Kisko BMW. Highly Recommended.

Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.

BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

BMW of Ridgefield review
I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!
