We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. I purchased my BMW at BMW of Delray Beach and have been super pleased with the service - from building the car to delivery - and now the actual service. Upon entry to the service bay I was greeted by associates who directed me to the waiting area and checked me in. It is a comfortable waiting area with a fully stocked coffee bar, wide seats, and plenty of outlets. My service manager, Jason Trask, was super professional, friendly, and polite. He explained what would be happening, the costs associated, and the time expectations. When additional needs arose, he sought me out, reviewed, and immediately had the paperwork ready to move forward. The video showed damage to my tire that would require replacement; the service person was super kind and walked me over (and back) to show me what he had video'd as I could only partially see through the large glass wall. Jason then spoke to him, came to retrieve me, and was knowledgeable and genuine, providing information in a respectful, service-oriented manner, resetting my expectations for the timeframe, and handling what was necessary. I live very close to a competitive BMW dealership and service center - and pass at least one other one - on my way to BMW of Delray Beach. I must say, the professionals make it worth it ALL DAY LONG.

2026 BMW XM review
Amazing SUV, very quick and comfortable, commanding seating position with great support very easy to drive. I had a 2021 M5 competition and was always scratching the front lower bumper don’t have that problem anymore, 23 inch wheels make the driving position high with less stress on a freeway able to see far ahead instead of a back of the car in front of me. this SUV is very quick and comfortable fully loaded with high tech features and very easy to drive and park, if you are looking for exclusive suv that very few people own this is it , X5 M competition looks like any other X5, the XM very similar performance with distinctive look and dealers offer deep discounts so price of X5M is the the same as XM In this price range gas consumption should not be a concern but with mentioned in the edrive mode I get 33 miles a gallon on the freeway and city without sacrificing the performance, sapphire black with black exterior is amazing and electric only drive mode is great for short trips I only gases up once a month for $43 as the SUV only used about 1/2 tank of gas.if you looking for a family SUV with M sports manners this is the best , you will love it I guarantee it!
