I've owned my 2003 3.0i 6sp E85 for almost 9 years. Equipped w/ M Sport option, 18" staggered alloys and painted in a beautiful Toledo Blue. Yes the car has need some maintenance, some worn parts replaced, but nothing too surprising or extraordinary expensive aside from tires. I'm in my 60's and still do most of my own work. Love the ride, the style, 6sp manual transmission, the power, the smoothness of the car in general. Would I recommend this car? Only to those that love a car that YOU want to drive. NO AI frills to distract one. Just a pure driving experience.

Known George for many years. I’ve done body works for 30 years . Let me school some of y’all for bashing for not knowing what your talking about. These cars are totaled out by the insurance for a reason not because they enjoy doing it. If you go and buy salvage car and rebuild it most times your going run into stuff that your not aware of. That’s just how it works whether it’s salvage or working in dealership. If your buying a salvage car thinking well I’ll put a light on it and bumper on it and away I go then in most cases your definitely wrong.Now you can save money buying salvage cars and rebuilding.But expect the unexpected because they are salvage cars totaled for a reason and don’t talk s—t when u get the unexpected. If your looking for new car then go buy one at a dealership with no issues because in the rebuilding world you got spend little money

Where can I begin? - I first owned a 1968 Shelby 350, then went to Pontiac for their Trans-Am models until 2000 when I bought my first BMW 3 in 2000. In 2003, I completely changed brands to BMW with my Z4. 2nd Day of production, I was in BMW's factory in Spartanburg,SC to witness her birth. Afterwards, we spent our first moments together on BMW's nearby test track. After those all too brief moments, she was wrapped & packaged to be delivered to my dealer in AZ. The days I spent waiting in AZ seemed endless as I waited to bring her into my home. She now has a special space in my garage. It may sound somewhat anthropomorphic but BMW creates a product which becomes part of your life. Own a BMW and be prepared to have it become part of Your Family.

I've purchased a number of cars from George at East Coast Auto Source over the years. I would recommend the following if you're looking at buying a salvage/repairable vehicle: 1) Choose your Auto Body mechanic FIRST prior to going to purchase a vehicle that is salvage/repairable and pay him for his time even if you DON"T BUY. Paying him $100.00 for his time might save you thousands of dollars in the long run. Take him with you to look at the vehicle you are interest in. A mechanic can identify hidden damage and cost that you as a buyer can not identify. 2) Get an estimate on parts from George (or any other salvage yard) as this is added cost to what you are actually paying for the vehicle. 3) Get a time frame on repairs from your mechanic: example: is his shop out 3 months on repairs? six months on repairs? 4) Add the cost of the vehicle, parts, repairs and time to fix and compare this amount of money and time to the same model vehicle that a dealership or private owner has for sale and analyze if the repair of the salvage vehicle is worth it....sometimes it is: sometimes it's not. I've never had any trouble getting titles, bill of sale, or vehicles shipped upon purchase, etc from George. As indicated, have some knowledge of salvage repairable vehicles and get estimates up front and your repair experience will be much better.

I had my first test drive and was impressed. I will own my second bmw in two days. The spacious leg room, bucket seats, sunroof, well worth the $$$

Dealt with East Coast for many years. Never had a bad experience . I bought 2 Jeep Cherokees and I enjoy working on them. Parts are also very reasonable.

The sports suspension coupled with the sports small steering wheel make this one of the best handling cars in the market place today. Not to mention its studly looks

I see where a lot of people are commenting on the dealership not getting back in touch with you. I have to say that's a completely different experience that I had. I sent them a message about 3 in the morning. Before 11:00 a.m. that same day they had already reached out with a phone call and an email. The car that I was inquiring about why is that one of the brands largest motor in it so I wasn't interested in buying it after talking to that. The person I spoke with was very polite understood what I was looking for. He even asked if they come across something like that but with the engine that I want would I like a call back. I told them absolutely who knows it could be a month from now and I still have it found what I'm looking for. I just thought that was pretty nice of them. Also I don't know anybody at this dealership none of my family or friends work there. I know sometimes people think if you write a nice reply where there is mostly negative that it's the dealership having friends and family post these comments. That absolutely is not me. I just believe if I'm quick enough to leave a negative review I should be just as quick as to leave a positive review. They are listening I can say is what I believe might be happening is that people might not be leaving their phone number. I honestly don't know if that is it or not.

I purchased my BMW Z-3 (6-liter engine) when it was brand new, 1998. It is the BEST car I have ever owned. (I've had Mercedes Benz, Thunderbirds, Corvettes in the past.) This baby is now 25 years old, and has 71,000 miles on it. I bought the hardtop for it, and keep it on the car all the time now. (Too much trouble to take off and put it on the rack in the garage.) Very few repairs were needed in the past, and I've had the oil changed, etc. every year, purchased new tires like the original Michelins, and kept this car garaged. I also purchased a BMW luggage rack, and a BMW hard suitcase that snaps onto the rack, because the trunk is small. I am a small woman ("ole lady now") and this car has been perfect for everything from long road trips, to maneuvering around town into tight parking spaces. It is classic black, and I STILL get compliments on it every single day!!! No, it is not for sale.

Solid and reliable. Maneuvers well. Looks new. Plenty of acceleration, even with the 2.5 engine. Taller than sedans, so you can see farther ahead. Roomy trunk.

I've owned the BMW for 6 years, and the M Roadster is the most enjoyable car I have ever driven. The 3.2L engine is BMW M rock solid, and is just a beast in such a light weight car. You take the car out for an afternoon drive and you just don't want to stop driving. The Nappa leather seats hug you like a race car, and with the top down on a sunny day all you want to do is find the next set of curves and hills, shifting through all 5 gears, a true driver's car. I would never admit to driving my M over 140 mph on an open stretch of road ;-)

This is the one of the best cars that I I've ever owned. And at the time it is running perfectly and without any problems. And if I had to do it again I would make the same choice. Amen

BMW interior, exterior and engine are in great shape. Drive this luxurious car in style and comfort. It has plenty of power and is also economical for a 6 cylinder engine.

The staff at DNX were great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. They were all very kind and patient with my truck buying experience.

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

I think this car is a good family car to drive around with since it has the key features needed to be a family car

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

This is the car that will put a smile on your face every time you drive it. Its not the fastest nor the most powerful BMW, but as a complete package, there isn't much available in the market. Future classic.

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. When I drive it out there every oe looks at it as if t is the m4 running around a real headd turner thanksto BMW. eASY TO CUSTOPISE IT TOO. LOVE MY CAR..WILL BUY EVEN BETTER MODEL NEXT 2 YEARS OR SO...

This is my 4th BMW and the best one yet. I love the way it drives and feels so comfortable. No major problems in the 6 years I have had it.

I get excited when I drive this car. A very comfortable ride. The advance technology put everything right at your fingertips. It let's you know when something wrong. From the hand gesture display to the massaging seats truly make for a relaxing ride. The turbo twin engine gives you plenty of power for those long rides. I haven't found anything bad to say about the BMW 750i. This is the car to have.

This is the 3rd F30 3 series I have owned. It is the nicest, most comfortable, most powerful, and most fuel-efficient car I have owned.

Our experience with them has been very positive. We have bought two cars from this car dealer so far and after about 12K and 5K miles respectively, we haven't had any problems with them whatsoever. Their cars are not perfect, but they are not going to sell you junk and lie to you about it. The owner is a nice person and one of the most honest and helpful car salesmen we've ever dealt with (and we've been to A LOT of car dealerships in the area recently). They also come forward and let you know of any maintenance that the vehicle might need before you buy. Please, be advised that the cars they sell are not in showroom condition. This means that you should inspect the car thoroughly before you buy, and schedule any maintenance due or repairs as soon as you drive off the car dealership after the purchase. When buying a used car, you usually get what you pay for, so we don't get some reviewers here complaining about the condition of the vehicles they sell, especially for the prices that they expect to pay. We would surely recommend this place over some of the other used car dealerships in the Roanoke area.

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

My wife and I are very pleased with our BMW X3. I am impressed with the performance and the way it handles. I have owned and driven many autos this by far one of the very best.
