Had an amazing experience purchasing my 2023 Mercedes-Benz G63. Sean made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a G63 is a big purchase, and Sean made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. The vehicle was exactly as represented, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a high-end vehicle and want to work with someone who genuinely takes care of his customers, definitely ask for Sean. I couldn’t be happier with my G63 and the service I received!

I saw this car and loved it so much. I checked on it daily until I’m able to take a break from busy schedule to see it in person .

BMW of Honolulu review
While shopping for a used Vehicle (not a BMW) I stumbled upon a great 2015 BMW X3 that fit well within my budget. Wallace was tremendously helpful and friendly and I am so glad he help me find and get into this vehicle!!! I would highly recommend working with Wallace if you’re shopping around for a new or used car!!!
2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Audi Honolulu review
I only have exceptional comments to say about my car salesman, Robert Townsend and his manager Vince Leong. This is my 4th time leasing a vehicle from Audi Hawaii and Robert has been with me through the entire process of all four cars. He is professional, patient, consistent, reliable and such a pleasure to work with! He and Vince were able to work with budget and give me the best possible price. I was impressed with their new facility, Velocity, which was very beautiful and grand! When you walk inside, it makes you feel special and that you know you will be taken cared of. I look forward to my next lease and working with Robert and Vince! I will definitely recommend them both to my family and friends! :) Thank you both very much for giving me such continued exceptional customer service!!

2023 BMW M2 review
The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

I have purchased used cars from this dealer twice. They are now my go to dealer. Nothing but good from everyone here. I do tons of research and have been to dealerships often while shopping. This is truly the only no B.S. dealership in all my years of car shopping. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased and process was swift and handled well. Felt compelled to “try” other brands over the past several years. Some good and some bad but it’s the total process of car ownership that drew us back to BMW. BMW prett much outmatches most brands as far as driving dynamics. Most importantly the care and gratitude of service has helped us return to the brand. The team has done a great job to make it an easy decision to purchase again.
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

This is my second 335i and I have to say after having a modified n54 I now prefer a stock 335i. It’s still fun to drive without having to fix it every time I get into the throttle. Love this e90

I don't know what the fuss is in some of the reviews. As a customer, you must practice due diligence. Hindsight is 20/20. Bought 2 trucks from them and will probably go back when I need another. I'm not saying the cars are perfect but what can you expect when buying a used car. If you want security in your purchase, go to a dealership with certified used cars for sale. Go pay an extra $5000+ if that's what you need. If not be selective. Be patient. Be courteous to salesman. If you don't like the experience, up to you yo wLk away. I'm happy with both my trucks! Thank you SAM, SEAN, and JOHN!!

All wheel drive, over 500hp, and rear seats with actual legroom available in a coupe that handles well? There's only one car on the market that checks all of those boxes, the BMW M4.

Made appointment with Kyle, he was very helpful and efficient. He was kind, respectful, and got me a great deal. Sold my car - very easy experience!
2018 BMW M2 review
Getting an M2 is an easy decision. The harder part is deciding between an original M2 and a newer M2 Competition. They are both great but very different cars. M2 Competition has more power, but also a lot more weight. It drives like a little M4, The original M2 is much lighter and drives like an early 30's or 40's series M3. As far as the engine, it's not a normal N55, it is a highly modied one, the best N55 ever -- runs and sounds fantastic. Contrast that with the S55 in the M2 Competition, which is the most de-tuned version of that fine engine that you can get. Bottom line -- get an original M2, ideally a 2018 with the updated electronics, lights and dash!

The entire process was smooth and hassle free. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. They gave me their offer. I secured financing from USAA and picked up the car the next day. Terrence Ching was a pleasure to deal with and his assistant. There was no pressure to buy and no initimidation tactics. I really appreciated that. I would buy from him again.

Saw the car I wanted online and went down to see it. Hooked up with the online sales man and told him I would be checking out other cars later. A couple of days later I saw that the price had gone down a couple of thou so I texted the salesman and told him that if the test drive went well than I would be purchasing the car. Drove and bought it, now years later I still very happy with my purchase.
