What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! He'll take care of you like family and keep the process enjoyable and light hearted too! Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Went shopping for a new car for my wife. Dave Johnson was the salesman and was wonderful. Went back at closing time with my wife to look at the model she wanted. Dave had already went home for the day so we decided to come back the next day. Well Mr. Johnson heard we had come back in and drove from his house back to the dealership to help us after it had closed. We bought the car. My wife had found a Mercedez that she liked but bought the BMW just because of the customer service we received from Dave Johnson and the crew. We will definitely got back for another car.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I've worked with Josh Reichlin and Rusty Drewing a couple times already for my personal vehicle purchases, but with my 15-year old twins getting their permits, we needed something for them as well. Josh was great to work with as usual - helping us sort through the options until we found what worked best for us. Negotiations with him and Rusty went quickly and smoothly with us reaching a fair deal on each vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Columbia for both new and used vehicles. I should also mention Brad Davis in the finance department was great as well. Their customer service can't be beat and with a fair deal on the purchase what else can you ask for?

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. Mr Anthony Heaper was--is my salesman. We were doing wonderfully with a 2015 Silky Blue VW GOLF, and the car "sold" before I started to finalized my offer, and transportation situations. I live in Tulsa, and I have confidence we will buy our VW from Joe Machens via Mr. Anthony Heaper. Anthony is not pushy, very polite, and helpful. Only down side to buy from Joe, is I live in Tulsa. No way to take advantage of the LOCAL Dealership "FREEBIES." Believe the end price will make it all worth while. ~`~`~` PS: I have visited the local VW dealer, and they were not too friendly.

Great experience at Rusty Drewing Chevrolet. You can tell Rusty's a great guy and the people around the dealership were great. Zach was a solid salesperson. Jay was a good sales manager. They didn't pressure me in finance with Keith and were down to early on warranties. They even drove my license back to me when it was left at the dealership. Highly recommend!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I just took delivery of my new 2024 Ultimate GMC Denali 1500. I will state this fact, it was worth the wait. The Ultimate diesel purrs like a kitten. I love it an again well worth the three year wait.

I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Looking for a work car I found a 2017 Ford Focus, I drove 2 hours to look at it and ended up driving it home. Quality cars and Dave Watson was a super salesperson who makes you feel at home with no pressure to purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again A on the experience

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.
