I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. They'll hook you up with a great car buying experience and leave you with a huge grin on your face and an awesome new ride in your driveway!

I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Car is amazing, basically a German Rolls Royce. Build quality is first rate. Very comfortable seats and multi adjustable with massage. User interface is great with a small learning curve. Very aggressive styling and the Swarovski running lights are super cool. Destroys the competition from Benz and Audi. Twin turbo V8 best engine built. If you’re looking for a big luxury cruiser, this his is it. A bit expensive but worth it. Best in class.

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.
