BMW of Bloomfield HillsReviews
BMW of Bloomfield Hills review
I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Z was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that the car I was looking at was ready to go when I got there. They made the transaction work with a very fair trade-in valuation and made the buying process easy.
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! (And I've had a LOT) Purchased a used car from their Detroit location and had the car shipped to tulsa.ok by ther referred shipper. This whole transaction was incredibly smooth, fair, and professional. Cory my salesperson and the management, all get 5 stars. A rare thing imho in the used car business. This place is very well managed by everyone i delta with. Cheers to them! Dw

Alonzo Mitchell was a spectacular salesman. Canceled his Saturday plans, and waited for us. Also, offered to stay late any day to pick up the car next week. This was the best car buying experience. This man is peerless, thank you.

BMW of Farmington Hills review
I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend BMW of Farmington Hills. The dealership was nice, as was the staff. Ryan, my salesman, went above and beyond to help me get the best deal and made the car-buying experience easy. I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
We leased a 2026 BMW X5 xDrive50e on 3/31/2026. There were at least a dozen on the dealer lot and we were able to find one with exactly the packages and colors we wanted. We got an excellent deal and, including our 6-year-old paid-off trade-in, left with a monthly payment of less than $300. The car is beautiful, manhattan green with cognac interior. This is our first PHEV, so we started with the included level 1 charger and then installed a level 2 charger (Emporia Classic) in our garage as quickly as possible. For our typical around-town use we've been able to drive almost entirely in EV mode. The EV mileage gauge starts off at 50 miles and, given recent mild weather, appears to be accurate. The interior displays are quite usable. We particularly appreciate the heads-up driver display, which shows speed, speed limit, and even driving directions. The most common operations are still associated with knobs and buttons, with interior temperature settings relegated to the central LCD but visible by default. The main LCD is a touch screen and the BMW iDrive puck is particularly helpful for changing settings. The depth of settings and options is immense. Fortunately an expert at the dealer set up all the basics before we left. We're still experimenting with various features such as automatic locking and interior lighting, but we can find our way around. The ride is softer than a previous (~2015) X5 we had, which is actually nice. The car can be raised and lowered. You can drive in EV, hybrid, or sport mode. So far we've kept it in EV and the performance is plenty good. It still has the tight handling we expect of a BMW. If you punch the gas, the engine fires up and the car really takes off (483 hp). We had a bad experience with run-flat tires in the previous X5 and switched to regular tires plus a spare kept under the back storage area. That is no longer an option because that space is now taken by batteries. We hope we won't have similar tire trouble in this car. With our three-year lease and bumper-to-bumper plus maintenance coverage over the entire period, we will have minimal worries about anything going wrong.

Mark, Natalie, and Justin were a pleasure to work with on a 2018 ATS with CPO. I know this sounds trite, but they really are the friendliest, efficient business people in the dealership business in the Detroit area..and that comes from my 30 years buying and leasing cars in one of the toughest markets in the country... Worth the extra drive for us...

2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

2025 BMW X3 review
I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

BMW of Bloomfield Hills review
Beautiful dealership. Z made the buying experience smooth and easy. I worked out the details of my purchase and my trade remotely and came from out of state to take delivery only. Transaction was smooth and quick, very cognizant of my time. HIGHLY recommend Z Ahmaz. Communication was prompt, professional and effective.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

2024 BMW X4 review
This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

BMW of Rochester Hills review
I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Awesome car buying experience! My daughter's first car and they made the process quick and easy. Rami and Jacob are the best! From the show room to the car selection... they show class, care, and luxury. Would definitely buy from here again.
