Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I purchased my F30 private party in June of 2018 and it’s been outstanding! The ride is smooth and comfortable. All of the interior trim is high quality. I have 73,000 miles on it and it’s been awesome so far! It developed an oil leak from the oil pan not too long ago which was slightly disappointing, but cars are mechanical machines and that’s bound to happen. There can be a lot worse and more serious problems to have on a car. I smile every time I get in, and start it up. I LOVE this car. I’m going to be a BMW customer for life now!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
The car is as fun as they say.

This car has been very reliable, a lot of fun to drive. 6 Speed manual gearbox, the executive package, apple car play, and BMW's MPerformance 3 way adjustable coil over suspension. I added the extra year of BMW maintenance.
This is the second Volvo I've purchased from Alan Byer motors and have no qualms in recommending his dealership, though I'm not a fan of auto dealers, to anyone! We traded a 2009 S-60 we purchased with the help of Debbie in on a 2016 S-60 - love those S-60's - all except too many bells and whistles for geezers to figure out. Some day my wife and I will figure out how to operate everything in this car. Great place if you're looking for a Volvo!

Our daughter was involved in a wreck that set off the air bags in her BMW X1. The BMW was totaled but its safety saved her life. We went shopping for a replacement and after test driving the Lexus, Toyota and Land Rover, we selected a certified pre-owned BMW. What a great choice! The vehicle looked, drove, and smelled new! Larger than the BMW X1, but still very easy to drive/park. We were amazed how quiet it was inside while driving. 22 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG highway! The Heads-Up Display is our daughter's favorite feature, allowing her to keep her eyes on the road and all times to keep watch for crazy drivers! Mom and I sleep well at night.
Though I didn't get an opportunity to make a deal this time, i thought i should take a time and write this review for the sales rep, Shawn. What a fantastic guy he is, so calm and cool, handled all my questions crystal clear and felt no pressure from him. Great guy!!!..
Great handling except poor tire quality

This is one of the best SUV when it comes to advanced, reliability and perfect handling. The tires are the main concern because I they often run flat compare to most SUVS out there. I had to repair my tire multiple times compare to the Nissan SUV my dad owns in the same household. BMW's service doesn't cover but does offer for additional cost the tire services such as rotating or balancing which would improve most of their consumers experience with this tire issue. Otherwise the vehicle drives very smooth, very durable and comes with many cool features such as the head up display.
I had my Jeep Cherokee just over 2 weeks - had a couple of problems - called Zak. He got me in right away and they made the repairs. The buying process was easy and quick. I would highly recommend them. Great customer and maintenance service.

My wife drove this car for 10 years to work, shopping and bringing the kids to school. It drives and handles very well, and does very well on snowy hills, both up and down. The car is reliable, fast and sporty. I enjoyed the chances I had to drive it.
Best buying experience I've had in 50-years of driving and this is my 23rd car. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's a no pressure environment. If you're in the market for a high end automobile you owe it to yourself to check out Cantech Auto. You won't be sorry.

The car ia great and really has plenty of pep and power. The comfortability is amazing and can be stiff depending on the mode. Overall great performing vehicle.
Dustin was great! While we had already secured financing, he was able to find a lender that provided a better rate. The settlement process was quick and easy.

Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
Misty Blount helped us in every way possible to keep us informed and help us find the best deal to get us in the vehicle that WE wanted. She was never pushy or condescending but very accommodating and helpful. A reliable car for a young professional

I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.

Performance is exceptional. Find myself smiling ALOT! Plenty of room for me and my gear. Different driving modes accommodate different driving mood and conditions. Might have to get the wife one!

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!
