Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and—something I especially appreciated—there was absolutely no pressure or stereotypical salesmanship. We communicated primarily through text, which fit our busy lifestyles perfectly. That may sound like a small thing, but for me it made a huge difference. I’m a car enthusiast and pay attention to everything, probably far more than any salesperson would reasonably enjoy. Having someone willing to communicate closely, answer questions, and pay attention to the details was priceless. From the very beginning, Jordan made the process feel less like a transaction and more like someone genuinely helping us make the right decision for our family. There was never a push to “close the deal,” no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth—just straightforward communication and patience. Jordan even surprised me with a BMW scent kit as a small token of appreciation. A simple gesture, but one that showed that the experience mattered beyond the sale. Our new 330i is officially our first German car, so hopefully BMW proves all those internet reliability doom-and-gloomers wrong. 😉 We’re certainly hoping for many trouble-free miles. And when the time comes for that first 1,000-mile break-in oil change, I hope the exceptional experience continues into the service department. Thank you, Jordan, for making what could have been a stressful purchase genuinely enjoyable. My family truly appreciated the experience, and we’ll absolutely be back. 2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

2014 BMW 535 review
I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don’t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.

2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2024 BMW M2 review
Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.
