Toni Nemi is great at what he does- that’s why I came back for a second time. He is personable and treats his customers like family. He works hard to make his customers happy and it does not go unnoticed.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

BMW of Westlake review
My car was damaged in an accident and the body shop I was sent to by my insurance could not figure out the electronic repairs required .The technicians at BMW of Westlake figured out the issues within hours and Brittany (my service manager) was amazing at coordinating with my insurance adjuster . She also kept me updated througout the process. Would recommend this dealership for any repairs or buying a new car. They go above and beyond for their customers.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

ARJ's Auto Sales review
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Brian and the team at ARJ were not only easy to deal with (not your typical pushy salesperson), but showcased the upmost honor and integrity one could ever expect from a used car dealership. Thank you so much ARJ and a special shout out to Brian (salesman)!
2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

I dropped my 2026 X5 off for its first oil change. Received a courtesy ride back to my house. Received a text containing a video of the service tech walking around the vehicle explaining the condition of my vehicle's brakes and tires. Cory at the service desk did a great job as well. About 1 year later and I am very happy with my BMW purchase.

Both sales and finance (the only 2 I worked with) were wonderful. Both pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad I purchased a car from this dealership. i will definitely recommend them to my family. They took the pressure off me which I was really dreading.
2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

i came here to trade in a vehicle and i changed my mind twice, and nobody seemed annoyed. They were honest when they didn't know something and actually checked instead of guessing. overall very good service from the staff and steven. im very happy with mycar
2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

Jack was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable and showed us a number of cars with the options we were looking for to compare make and models. Would definitely look for a car with him again.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.
2024 BMW X5 PHEV review
Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

Next Step Auto Sales LLC review
I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Alfa Romeo of Strongsville review
Recently purchased a 2020 Guilia Quadrifoglio. My out of state purchase was amazing. The selection of Quadrifoglios was the best in the nation. Working with both Ron and the sales manager Mike was a low pressure, simple experience. We quickly negotiated the price and the car arrived within days to my driveway free of charge. I highly recommend Alfa of Strongsville.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I had an overall great experience purchasing my first Mercedes-Benz! Joe really made the experience feel special from start to finish. He even had the car covered with a bow for the full reveal, which made such a big milestone feel even more exciting and memorable. I truly appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. It was the perfect way to celebrate getting my first Benz!

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.
2018 BMW M4 review
Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?
