2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 review
I have owned our EQS 580 for about a month. It is my third Mercedes S Class vehicle, I owned a 2007 S550 4matic and subsequently a 2017 S550 4matic that I traded for the EQS 580. In addition to the typical benefits of its superior battery electric technology, the EQS is a more powerful yet quieter, more cosseting and more serene vehicle than either of my former top of the marque Mercedes cars. I measured the actual sound level inside the EQS at 73 MPH highway speed and found that it was 3db lower than than in my 2017 S class. The back seat area is not quite so opulent or roomy as those in my former ICE S class cars, but I did not opt for the highest level rear seat appointments in the EQS because we have never used the back seat for passengers except for relatively short trips in connection with social or business engagements. Even the unadorned EQS back seat is better than that of any other high end domestic or foreign brands we have owned. Our back seat passengers to date have invariably been impressed with the surroundings and comfort of the EQS. The car's lift back design provides a prodigious cargo capacity that makes it easy to pack for vacations or trips with large items. Even without lowering the rear seats, the practical capacity of the area behind the rear seat is substantially larger and more accessible than the cargo area of our Lexus SUV. The precise steering and excellent Level 2 driver assist capabilities of the EQS make driving a very easy and relaxing experience. The lack of shift points and the excellent one pedal driving capabilities of the car make operating it very satisfying. At first, the brake pedal feels a little odd when the car is in its maximum regeneration mode, but it's easy to get used to the feel, and the brakes are excellent. As with the S580, the EQS has 10 degrees of rear wheel steering that gives the vehicle a surprisingly small turning circle. It's too early to assess reliability of my EQS, but my previous ICE S550s were extremely reliable for a total of more than 200,000 aggregate miles, so I don't anticipate any problems. The onboard software, including the range planning software and the phone app, is excellent, and the hyper screen map display is unequaled. The controls, head up display and voice command system are essentially the same as those in the 2022 Mercedes S580. I opted for the augmented reality head up display, and I am very pleased with it. I am learning to drive for maximum range, and my average combined energy use so far over 1735 miles has been 327.5 wH/mile for a combined range of about 329 miles with full summer climate control engaged. Recently, I have learned to drive so as to increase the combined highway/city range to about 365 miles (295 wH/mile). The EPA range estimate is 340 miles (317 wH/mile) Edmunds got 422 miles on a full charge (255 wH/mile) in an EQS 450+, and I am working toward that goal. It will be interesting to manage the expected 20% reduction for winter range. High speed charging on the road is very fast on a 100 kW DC charger. The car will accept up to a 200 kW DC charge rate. I have charged the car on a Level 2 AC charger at about 9kW and a Level 1 charger at about 1.4 kW. The Level 1 charging is quite slow (ca. 4.5 miles/charging hour), but it is adequate in a pinch. I replaced the portable charger that came with the car with a Shell portable 40 Amp charger with a NEMA 14-50 to NEMA 5-15 adapter that will function as a level 1 or as a level 2 charger. I would not order the Mercedes charger and would apply the money toward the Shell charger if I had to do it over. Of course, the EQS 580 is very expensive, costing about as much as a similarly equipped S580, but such is the cost of top of the marque excellence. 2022 Nissan Frontier review
Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

2018 INFINITI QX80 review
I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

2022 Acura ILX review
I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback review
Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

2021 Lexus LC 500 review
Before I bought the LC I was driving a Porsche 911. The first time I saw the LC I fell in love. One of the most beautiful cars on the road. I test drove it and and while it "ain't" a Porsche, it is wonderful on the road. The more I drove it the more I am sure I made the right decision.
