Used 2016 Buick Enclave for sale near Kalamazoo, MI

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I love my Enclave. The first time I saw a picture in a magazine, I knew it was the one I wanted. I only have 60,000 miles on it. I bought it New, Premium. The family vacation vehicle. Although I fly a lot. The front lights did it for me!!!

Mark Albert was very helpful in finding the vehicle we were looking for. He listens to what you say and he has all the knowledge to help you find what you are looking for. He even found information we could not find on flat towing a jeep. Thank goodness he did. We highly recommend Mark Albert in helping you find your new ride!!

This is the best car we have ever owned. This car performs well,is comfortable to drive and has had almost no problems. Great value for the price and lots of room when we travel.

The Buick Enclave has been a dream car for the price. Quiet, smooth driving and riding, roomy and enough gadgets to make the drive enjoyable. Better overall value than Mercedes and BMW equivalents. Would buy another.

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

When other information was needed he quickly brought in Dina with education and Andrew from finance. The staff at Johnson Brothers Ford were superb! I sent a message with my interest through cars.com Sunday and they responded first thing (like 0830am) Monday. Because of my job, I could not get there until the evening, but that was no problem. They are open until 8pm!! So I went up there and the staff was friendly, explained every step of the process, and even stayed after hours to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Due to timing, I chose to come back the next evening to bring the new SUV home, but that was no problem for them :) They were even able to modify my contract last minute to include gap insurance l, which I appreciated beyond words!! Mike and the whole team made me feel very welcome and worked with the needs I had. I will and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. If you want a pleasant experience, without hidden fees, Brown and Brown is the place. No nonsense indeed!
