The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Kevin Chang is a ROCK STAR! I have never been provided EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service like he provided. Because I reside an hour away, most of my interaction with Kevin was via email. Kevin took his time to reserach and answer every single question I had! Kevin never said NO! He took his time to even video/record the GMC Sierrra I was interested in purchasing. Every single question answered! He was amazing!

The interior features of this car are unbelievable! If you have kids this car is a no brainer. The interior layout is a great use of space and having 3 kids they now call my car the LIMO! So many options for charging, WIFI, navigation, we have the built in screens in the headrest, nothing to not like so far!

Very easy to work with and straight forward. I would definitely recommend them or buy another vehicle through them.

The team at Ron Marhofer were great. We had multiple cars we were interested in, and they bent over backwards to help us try them. We fell in love with one car that I had not done my research on. They were upfront that the car was a lemon buyback and applied no pressure when we were trying to decide if we were comfortable with a car with that history. We ended up not buying from them, but they were great to work with.

This car met all my wants and needs as far as looks, blue-tooth, leather seats, apple car play, 3rd row and power lift gate and color.

My husband and I just purchase a Tiguan. We worked with Caleb Klees. He was so professional and kind. He wasn't pushy or trying to make us feel bad for leaving on the first visit. Quick response to the initial online inquiry. Appointment scheduled for test drive over the weekend. The dealership even kept the car for me to test drive even though a few other customers inquired about the vehicle prior to my test drive appointment.
