Sewell Buick GMC of DallasReviews
Sewell Buick GMC of Dallas review
Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no hidden fees, no stress, just a quick straight forward deal. We traveled over 6 hours to purchase a car from Steve Hernandez at Sewell and it was worth the trip. We bought the car we wanted at the price we wanted and we were in and out if there in under an hour. I Highly recommend this dealership.

Freeman Buick GMC review
Wonderful experience 4 hr drive to purchase a truck. Everything as promised no hidden fees. No games just very straightforward dealership Scott Dreyer was very honest with me. Went out of his way to answer questions. Get me photos before I made the drive. Could not ask for a better experience out of all my years buying vehicles out of town. This was far most. The easiest would definitely recommend Scott and Freedman to anybody looking to be treated like family

I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.

Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

Freeman Buick GMC review
Professionalism at its Finest My Daughters very first car buying experience was exceptional. As a Director of Case Management in healthcare, my career is built on the motto "Taking Care of People" with dignity and respect. After 15+ years in management, I know how rare it is to find truly genuine, dedicated staff. Shone Alestock and Nora Blackmon at Freeman Buick GMC are the gold standard. My daughter and I both navigate severe anxiety, but Shone’s 14 years of expertise and "no-haggle" approach made us feel like family rather than strangers. In finance, Nora (a 20-year veteran) truly listened to our needs, working the numbers to hit our goal of $297/month. If you want a stress-free experience with professionals who actually care about your outcome, go see Shone and Nora. They deserve every bit of recognition for being amazing humans!

John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. He let me know my battery was in need of replacing and saved me a trip and took care of it while he had it. I really appreciate how they look out for my interest!

We had a great experience from start to finish. The team took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us find a vehicle that checked all of our boxes. There was never any pressure to buy?just honest guidance, patience, and helpful answers to our questions. We truly appreciated the relaxed, customer-focused approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.
