I have always had negative feelings toward the whole car buying process but the Kerbeck team made me change my mind. They made it easy and actually a lot of fun!
I went there on a Saturday afternoon to check on prices and 3 hours later, I left with a brand new Subaru - exactly what I wanted and the deal was to good to refuse!!!

My husband and I recently went shopping for a new vehicle.
Kerbeck of Pleasantville NJ was fantastic as far as their sales
people were concerned. Polite, courteous, made you feel at
home. What a fantastic experience we had. Would go back in a
heartbeat. Walked out with a new vehicle and a great price.
As usual, I called Willard Shell when my lease was expiring and we made an appointment to discuss my next car. We discussed my options and my decision was an Encore. Willard is so helpful and gives you the important info you need without being pushy. I have driven Buicks for many years and have never been disappointed. I also have my oil changes and work done at Jim Causley and have been completely satisfied. Thanks for salesmen like Willard Shell and an up-to-date facility!!
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.
Came in looking for a Silverado. Sales rep was very helpful showing us a nice truck. Put a deposit down and came back on Monday to close. There was a discrepancy on the down payment that would have affected the payment but the finance Manager Sean worked it out in our favor. I would buy here again.
Just driving threw the Lot and they came out to me, thought I liked a Cadillac but ended up in a Buick. Great Trade value, loved the popcorn and the guy had a nickname of Givem away Randy, what an Awesome guy to deal with
Great service with a smile, professionalism, courtesy and dedication to ensuring the customer is fully satisfied. Lastly, you began this survey would be three questions. You lied which is uncharacteristic of GM. Because of this I will probably not participate in future surveys.
I have really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kevin Grover GMC. So far I have bought 2 vehicles there and both times felt no pressure from my salesman and I have left feeling like I got a good deal without all the haggling that you get with big town dealers. I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from wood house in the last year and both times it was a great experience thanks Tim Fancher(Jeep side) for recommending Seth on the GMC side would recommend either of these sales men for your vehicle needs
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
