2005 Buick LaCrosse review
I currently still drive my 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL. I currently have 145,000 miles on it. Car is mechanically sound given the high mileage I've put on it. The only major downfalls are the ABS wheel speed sensors and HUB assembly as well as the engine coolant leaks at the intake...which I will be doing next. I've replaced the front and rear HUB assembly. I do all the repairs on my car as well as break jobs. Over all I must say this car is very dependable. Remember to get the transmission fluid changed and flushed twice as often when you have high mileage. Remember to put your car in neutral when at stop lights as this will greatly lengthen the life of your transmission...especially with this car.

I was reluctant to go to small lots because of all the stereotypes but they had the car I wanted and Bo responded quickly to my internet search.During the test drive I made the decision to buy if I could arrive at a satisfactory price.I had it all written out on a notebook the price I was willing to pay and the taxes the only thing I didn’t figure in was the prep fee we basically split the difference and closed the deal.I financed part of the car and got a good rate.Bo was great I told him I didn’t want any pressure and I received none.

A smooth riding highway cruiser. 3800 engine is reliable, but watch out for transmission issues. Poor city mileage, but excellent highway mileage. Annoying interior controls.

I’ve been going to Ken Garff Honda for the service and maintenance for my 2011 Honda CRV. The entire frontline staff in the service department is EXCEPTIONAL !!!! From the Advisors to the mechanics, I have NEVER been oversold or had work done that was not needed to maintain the proper performance of the vehicle and, happily, the vehicle is STILL in top condition after 16 years and 180,000 miles (so far). This outfit may not be the cheapest, but the staff never sugarcoats the hard truths and the prices are very reasonable. It’s worth it to me to have peace of mind that the jobs are done correctly and that the parts and expertise are on hand.

When your parents - you want a rubber car for your children. So they can bounce off of cars, trees, etc, This was the second-best car... Large car with all the creature comforts in an upper end auto.
