My Lacrosse has been a great car. Only complaint I have is the interior visor had broken and I had it replaced with a new one and the new one has broken. It does not stay up. It just dangles both visors. Also, at the same time of the first visor the trim around the cup holder came off and I could not get it back on, so I got a new one and now the new one had broken. Beside the interior the car has been a great car. Very reliable.

Was worried that other review might sound like innuendo and am clarifying: I meant that driving around with the heated and cooled seats and outlets and cupholders everywhere feels like you are in an uptown living room or flying business class more than driving. Also this is not an ad for anything but a slightly used car.

This car met all my needs for now. It does not drive as well as a fully loaded lacrosse, but it serves it’s purpose. I t looks like new !

For over a month, I had been searching for the right used car: a specific make, model and features including exterior and interior colors. 5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for making oil changes a breeze!

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
