I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

My boyfriend and I bought a car here today and we are very pleased with our purchase and the staff. Daniel and Dominic were very informative and friendly. It was a great experience and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Always hated to enter a new car showroom because everything was so confusing. But my experience at Ettleson was was so easy as everything was explained by a salesperson without pressure. Joe Kendall made it easy to understand the models and features available.
I purchased a vehicle from them today. I can't say enough about how good they are. Prices were good, helped a LOT with financing and got me a better rate that I thought was possible in my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I found a CPO vehicle on Cars.com, and reached out to Sullivan via email. I could not commit to showing up the next day to check it out, but Sullivan was ready and expecting me when I did indeed show up the next day. No-pressure sale, they were thorough in evaluating my trade and gave me a fair price. Super pleased all the way around.
The Sullivan dealership is a very professional, courteous, customer oriented facility. I am extremely pleased with the total experience of my car purchase and the customer service provided by Victor Melendez. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Buick Envision. He patiently guided me through the process of "getting to know"all of the Envision's features and assured me he would be available to answer questions after I drove the car home from the dealership. Victor handled my car purchase in a very competent and friendly manner and made the process move along smoothly. I would recommend Sullivan Buick GMC to anyone interested in a Buick and give Victor's name as a contact person.

Highly recommend Arnie Bauer's sales associate Will Buis! This is our second truck purchase with Will in the last two years. Will takes his time and really finds out what you are looking for in a car and keeps in mind your budget. Will is not pushy at all and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has excellent customer service. We wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! Thank you Will for all your help! We couldn't be happier with our GMC Acadia and GMC Sierra Truck.
Dan Troy was very helpful and professional, not pushy or pressuring like many car salesman I have dealt with. He made a usually stressful process smooth and fairly painless.
