Ryan Anderson was a great team member to work with. He was very thorough in his explanations and helpful. Even though I was just getting an oil change he made sure to give me insight on maintenance that could be coming up and was not pushy about anything.
2010 Buick Lucerne review
I like larger cars, have plenty of trunk space to handle my walker too. Also, I don't care about all the fancy options on the newer models. This Lucerne is perfect for my needs.

BY FAR BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Adam and Korey are amazing! Go here! Buy from here! We will return for our next vehicle. Adam was honest, straight forward, accommodating, reliable, relaxed, such a good ol boy. He had our used vehicle ready for us after a 2.5 hr drive. You can trust what they say here. They are intelligent and create the best experience. By Far BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE! It was 100% worth the drive. Quick and efficient, and know what they are doing. A million thanks yous for our beautiful Suburban and fantastic service! ❤️ Clean and Gorgeous used vehicles. Smooth purchase. We are extremely satisfied and happy. Ran like a champ all the way home. Adam was very attentive to my requests and needs with no hesitation!

We bought a used 2009 and got a 2011 last week because we love it so much!! Bought used very fairly priced...safe, smooth ride. Handles in winter weather very well! Drove Park Avenues before this and loved them too lasting forever.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

I drove 60 miles to visit them and it was worth it. Got the trade-in bonus found a great selection of cars and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend visiting them.
2011 Buick Lucerne review
I replaced the 2008 model I had owned which had 207,000 miles on it. Very glad to have the same car but newer and a few extra features thrown in. I did have a fair share of repair bills though! Lots of $ if a window stops working or a headlight goes out.

I sent a msg about an Equinox they have listed. Someone from the dealership did message me back within a half hour. I had asked two questions which did not get answered when they replied. I was asked to call a specific person and then given the name & number to call.

Franklin Motors LLC review
My experience with Moe of Franklin Motors was entirely positive. The car I bought was accurately described and Moe did his best to bring my attention to the car's shortcomings as well as it's strengths. Moe worked hard to provide great customer service, he made me feel that he valued my patronage and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him and Franklin Motors again.
