I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

Janelle and Igor are absolutely wonderful. Janelle worked some kind of magic in order to get the payment within our budget. I called a few other dealerships to see if they could match it, and nobody could even come close and one even asked to see the numbers because they couldn't believe it. Igor was delightful and took great care of my wife and I while juggling multiple tasks. He didn't skip a step or miss a beat and I drove away confident in my understanding of our first ever EV. Chris Pingel did a great job, he was friendly and welcoming and helped me get the truck I wanted. The whole process took about an hr to hr and a half tops. Recently purchased this car. Buick wasn't on my radar. I was looking at bmw 1, Mercedes glk. Dodge dart and Cadillac and Lincoln. Despite this car being a slow seller. Like my old 200sx server. This car is a bargain. Affordable luxury if you find one. This is an excellent car for first time buyers. This is the ninth car I have owned in my 56 years. I've owned three volkswagens. Two fords. One Chevrolet and two Nissan . I decided to go back and buy American. I love my verano and I hope to keep this car for a longtime.

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. If you want a pleasant experience, without hidden fees, Brown and Brown is the place. No nonsense indeed!

It’s probably not common to be writing a positive review when a purchase was not completed, but here it is. With a little background information first. I am battling an incurable cancer, although the doctors believe it is manageable. But to arrive at my affordability numbers I obviously needed to consider future medical costs, cost of living and even life expectancy. Once I decided what price would work for me, the vehicle (2021 Sonata) I hoped it would be reasonable to Fitzway. Unfortunately, they were unwilling or unable to lower the sticker price listed. But, here is the positive. Marie Tsillas was outstanding with her efforts in the whole process. She answered every question, offered other vehicles all in an extremely quick manner, all via the internet. Fitzway can be proud of her and I would highly recommend contacting her for a purchase. The only reason I did not give Fitzway a 5 star rating is because we were not able to complete the purchase as close as I believe the numbers were. Otherwise, Fitzway and Marie are worthy of 5 stars.

402 Motors was incredible to work with. They were up front and honest about everything and never pushed us one way or another towards a particular vehicle. Test driving was a piece of cake and the sales process was somehow even easier. This is what you want your car buying experience to always be like. We drove in from an hour away (Fremont) to purchase our daughters first vehicle and will gladly be returning when we need to purchase again for our other children.
