With all the used car lots on so many different sites, it seemed like a dauntless task to narrow my search for "that perfect car". But after continually being drawn to a particular car, I finally gave Hunter a call. It could have gone either way; buy a used car now or hold off until after the holidays. I think it was Hunter's personality that swung me to him. He wasn't the least bit pushy, no subtle threats like "do something now, it could be gone tomorrow". Nope, Hunter just kicked back in his chair and answered the phone every time I had another question. Pretty soon I had him calling and emailing with my credit union, and behold! Last night my son and I made the hour and fifteen minute trip to Abilene so I could complete the deal. Shoot, they even filled the gas tank for me! Slight problem came up about keyless entry and that's when Hunter slipped on his "Super Hero Cape" and in a flash, problem solved. Thanks Hunter, you'll be an easy referral to make whenever I have someone asking me where I bought my awesome car!
My lease was about up on my Buick Encore and I visited with Eric options for either purchasing or getting into a new lease. He helped me with both options, with me ultimately going into a new lease. Eric worked above and beyond to get me some extra incentives to go with the lease that I am in now, and has always been great to work with in the past. We have purchased/leased several vehicles from Holm Automotive and have always been satifisfied. When it came time to do the paperwork, JR was extremely helpful and always very friendly.

We were INCREDIBLY impressed with the customer service at Bennett. First of all, we had a general idea that we wanted a larger SUV, but we weren't set on any one. They ran the numbers and broke things down for us on SEVERAL vehicles. I know that I repeatedly asked the same questions because there was just so much information, and never once did I feel like Carson was annoyed or short with me. He was very professional and answered every question to the best of his knowledge or found the person who had the answer. Secondly, we were trading in our previous vehicle and they worked out a fair price and walked me through the process. There was virtually nothing that I had to do in regards to the trade. We also had the interior treated, something that I though would take a day and I was pleasantly surprised when they called a few hours later and told me I could pick up the car already! I loved the ease and professionalism of the entire process. They were very patient and kind even with me lugging in two kids and spending half of a Saturday there. I would highly recommend Carson and the staff at Bennett!!
Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. People at Long McArthur aim to please which takes a little longer to complete so allow plenty of time. We were treated very well. Stockton, Ks.
Conklin Cars Salina was, by far, the easiest experience I've ever had buying a new car. They also gave an exceptional value for my trade. Matt Wallace was great to work with and was very responsive to my questions. Overall, this dealership was fair, honest and gave me the best value on my trade. I absolutley recommend them.
Buying a car is a big purchase and being a female and going in to buy a vehicle can be even more "fear-provoking". Not to worry when dealing with Michael Jessup and the team at Conklin. They are fair,honest, personable, and genuine in their dealings. They don't work on commission which is virtually unheard of in a is business but this is what sets them apart! They treated me like they would want to be treated. I highly recommend Larry in finance as well! He was thoughtful and dedicated to getting the best rate available and expedited the paperwork- making everything easy for me! We will definitely come back to them! Great job Conklin!

I visited Conklin Cars of Salina recently to sit with my son as he purchased his first new vehicle. I knew when my son sat in the car and Jason went through the details and functions of the car with him, that I would soon be purchasing a vehicle from him too. I just did not think it would be the same day. Jason was willing to stay late on a Saturday evening and accommodate my families schedule and gave up time with his. Jason didn't pressure us to purchase a car that he wanted to sell, yet it was important for him to put us in a vehicle that we wanted and fit our families needs. We appreciate Jason for the ease of purchase and no pressure sales on both of the vehicles purchased. Thank you Jason. You have customers for life. While at Conklin, we also worked with Craig Kindel. He gave us the trade in values for both vehicles that were more than fair. Craig was out of the office for the day, but came in to appraise my trade in so we could close the deal. Thank you Craig. Finally, we had the pleasure of working with Larry Henoch. Larry made the signing of the paperwork easy and painless. Larry also stayed late to accommodate our families schedule. Thank you Larry.
