Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

Yes and no if you're short and try to get out of the car your leg hits a little piece of molding that is below the door so if you're 5'1 you got bruises on the back of your leg also there's a little trim piece underneath the hood so if you're going to be Stones it's going to damage that trim piece all the time you have to take the whole thing off to paint it is very hard to reach the handle on the passenger seat is way back we had a Buick before was much more comfortable 2014 encore convenience I am not near a satisfied with this one as I was the other one

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. My car was certified with 12,000 miles , just like new! I had been driving Park Avenue’s and a Buick LaCross which I loved. My encore GX doesn’t have all of the amenities of my LaCross but it has some fun things I didn’t have on my cars.I love setting up high and how the GPS works with my apple phone. I love how I can just swing my foot under the car to open the back hatch and how easy it is to load and unload my groceries etc. much easier than the trunk of my car! I also love that is a Buick and that I was able to find what I was looking for at my favorite dealership. Plus it’s really cute and easy to drive and park! I’m very happy with my new to me 2021 encore GX.

Extremely pleased with repairs to my car!! First of all, the work was completed in less time than I was told, and bill came in less than I expected. The work was exemplary and getting in the car I felt the same as I did 5 years ago when I bought it. Did not expect the detailing. Trish was so cordial and very helpful in arranging shuttle service. Hats off to Kevin Willey. He was so personable that I felt at ease from the first moment I got in his car. I'm still grinning from our short conversation!!

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

Calling a dealership can be challenging because you need to be precise on your description of your vehicle problems so your service writer will understand including what day and times are available. Well on Monday I called to schedule my sons vehicle who’s coming from Milwaukee. But with your service writer Zaida Vaughan Was truly helpful and very knowledgeable on setting a time and day for my son to get his vehicle in to fix the problems on his vehicle. For me it’s extremely important to go through all the options of days and time without repeating or not fully understanding, but Zaida was in control and super helpful. I have owned this car for almost 2 yrs & it’s been very reliable & comfortable especially on long trips I would definitely buy again very happy with it.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Like the styling and the room of the Enclave. Great car when the grandkids visit. Only real problem is the quirky shifter. Simpler would have be better.

Lots of leg room for all occupants. Great controls. Quiet. Larger inside than what it looks like from the outside. Nice hidden cubby in front as well as in cargo space.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
