Bought a vehicle from them and after having it for 6 mo decided I didn’t like so went to trade it at a different dealer and found out the odometer was off 20,000 miles. Took a week to get my money back.
Very friendly staff an low pressure sales. Their mechanic is very knowledgeable with all types of vehicles. Their vehicles are priced low. They make you feel welcomed an want to get you in a vehicle you like and want.
I just purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon SLT. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Diamond Buick GMC. I feel I received excellent pricing for the vehicle purchased and value for the trade-in. You will not find a better Sales Consultant than Luke to work with. He immediately put us at ease, was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was eager to help us with the setting up of the vehicle. Luke and the people at Diamond's made the purchase of the Canyon easy and enjoyable.
I was interested in a particular vehicle and contact them to determine its status. I was informed it was available so I told him I would drive over the following weekend to take a look at it. The salesman texted me to confirm my request to see the car. I drove there to see the car, texted the salesman to see when I could look at it, and he said he would have to check to see if it was still available. Then no response. I drove to the lot, looked for the car, and could not find it. I then went inside and asked for the salesman. It took a while, but they finally found him out back somewhere. The car has been sold the previous Saturday and he thought he had texted me to let me know that. The Experience could have been better. It was lucky I was driving to another destination to look at another vehicle so all was not lost.
Purchased a 2005 Trailblazer, told me all what was wrong with it. They offered to fix everything before I purchased the car. I noticed something else wrong and they said they'd fix that too. Best used car dealer experience I've had in a long time.
I did not actually buy a car from Heartland but did get the kind of help from their sales representative Ryan Stout, that to me showed a foundation of responsiveness and going that extra mile that seemed core to his nature. That was refreshing as he helped me to determine the value of my 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada - similar to one he had listed. Mine was rear-ended in an accident where the driver was distracted on her cell phone, failing to see I was stopped as was all traffic. Now her insurer was low balling me. Ryan offered his time sheerly to be of assistance. I have to believe this plays out as a benefit to any potential Heartland Motors customer when you want advice from someone you can trust to offer it with a conscience. Thanks, Ryan.
We visited a few dealers in the Twin Cities along with Juettner Motors for a new Expedition. Prices were similar but one sales person in the Cities provided double-talk when explaining sales incentives and certs while the other dealership punished us with a lengthy pitch on their Premium and Platinum paint, rust, and fabric protection packages. Bill Grove was fair with his pricing, answered all our questions, and didn't push any expensive protection packages. Overall, our car buying experience with Juettner Motors was relatively stress free.
Was good experience Natalie suggest Chuck for salesman. Chuck was great to work with he very customer oriented. Very happy with my SUV. Will be back next time i purchase a vehicle.
