everything was good. They washed my car but did not dry it. I believe the reason for this was because I was in a hurry to get to work.
Also I was not given a car to get around while my car was being serviced.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Mr. Kyle Heineman did an incredible job having our car ready to show us and very informational on the vehicle to explain everything we had questions on, and then some. The finance person was also very kind and professional, and got the paper work done in great time and fashion. We were very impressed with the service overall.

Very economical for the features

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
We were seeking a replacement for our older totaled out crossover SUV and located exactly what we wanted at this dealership on Cars.com. I drove the 325 miles to see the car and it was what I thought it would be. Manny was extremely helpful in putting a deal together while taking care of other clients and accommodating my dogs on a very hot day.

This car has cost me more in repairs than any other car I have every owned. And at only 58000 miles broken motor mounts ac broken ac motor fan broken brakes.
I knew it was time to buy another car, so with dread and anticipation I turned to the internet and found the car of my dreams at Plum Creek Motors. Oscar was a wonderful salesman, promptly replying to my email inquiry, responding back and forth to my questions. When we met, he was courteous and never pushy or intimidating. I chose this vehicle for its AWD and height, but it doesn't feel like it's too big of an SUV to be clunky. I enjoy driving it and especially like the great gas mileage.
Kyle Heineman of Plum Creek Motors is the exception when it comes to car salesmen. He is professional, knowledgeble & polite. He has a " Can do" attitude. If you have a question he either knows the answer or will find it. He isn't insulting or condescending. He makes every effort to follow up and tries to make the deal work, not just for the dealership but for the customer. Even though I live in Montana, Plum Creek Motors was willing to ship the vehicle to me. They know how to utilize their online presence to try to make the sale. Their online pricing is clear and easy to understand and in my case, very competitive. The next time I am ready to buy an auto I will contact Plum Creek first. The only reason I didn't purchase from them was the color of the vehicle. It was black & I live on a gravel. road.

A great looking car with high styling for a crossover model. There are also many very usable electronic enhancements which work flawlessly. My wife loves driving it.
I was shopping for a new to me car and the process was simple and fast and the customer service was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave in October and immediately experienced transmission surging going downhill in our driveway. Dec 20, 2018, could not go over 27 mph nor shift gears. Towed by dealer and now awaiting a new transmission (told if available) from N. Dakota. Hope not to go the Lemon Law route!
Classy, dependable, safe! Didn't go in looking for a Buick but couldn't leave without one. The other cars in the same category just didn't compare
