I went in looking for a used pick up and Chris was the salesman that I was fortunate enough to get. He did a great job finding the truck I was looking for. I would highly recommend Chris if anyone is in search of a vehicle.
We've purchased 3 vehicles from Norfolk GM and have always been pleased not only with the vehicles, but the whole buying process. We've never felt rushed or given the typical "We've got someone else looking at this vehicle" type of line from them. We've always felt like we've been treated fairly and any concerns we had about a vehicle were taken care of. We'll be going back to Norfolk GM in the future.
It took me awhile (couple weeks) to decide on my car as I wasn't in any kind of rush. I worked with Carlos who did his best to accomodate me. The first vehicle I selected was an Acadia. Carlos let me try it out for the week-end. Liked the vehicle but I felt it had an acceleration issue - so I gave it back. Carlos came up with a vehicle that was being traded in that day - it had everything I wanted. So we did the deal right there. Had to wait for the car because they had to "look it over" and clean it up. When I picked it up, I was kind of annoyed that they tried to sell me warranties and stuff I didn't want/need - just wanted the vehicle, thank you. Since then, I have discovered some issues that I'm not happy with. The CD and DVD player (music and video) don't work (Since I have grandchildren, the DVD player was a big deal for me). There is a leak right over the driver's side window - drips inside the car. The headphones for the CD player don't work. I had to put new brakes in pretty much right away. Got stranded one day when it wouldn't start and had to put a new starter in. It also has an acceleration problem (it also "surges") and worst of all, it runs hot and the battery gauge shows that its overcharging pretty much all the time. Another minor issue - the liner for the sunroof now doesn't roll up right. I've mentioned all this to Carlos but I haven't taken it back to them because I don't want to pay dealer prices for repairs. But I should have been more careful. IN the meantime, every time it starts, I'm happy.
I went to just look at a Santa Fe, ending up buying it with no hassle what so ever. I got what I asked for out of my car, which I about fell over, in a good way. Chandler didn't pressure me or try to rip me off for my trade. Everyone was awesome, I was in and out of there in 90 minutes. Fabulous Chandler, helped me figure out the Bluetooth and had a good laugh while trying to get it set up.
GMC I would recommend to everyone. 2 thumbs up!
