What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I called and spoke with salesperson Corey and he was very helpful and patiently listed to all my questions. We made an appointment and I came to see the truck. I checked it out and loved the truck. It was well maintained. I decided to purchase. I was approved already with my bank and asked him to give me Bill of Sale so I can take it to my bank to get a check. I came back next day with the check and purchased. It was very good experience and I loved the way Corey handled everything for me professionally.

My 2018 CR-V is a step-up from my 2014 Toyota Corolla - roomier, smoother riding. It's new to me, so we'll have to see how economical it is. My Toyota gave me 42 mpg on the road. I hope this one does close to that. I've never owned a car with heated seats, remote start and other bells & whistles. Let's hope they all hang in there!

He'll take you around the lot, provide all the information you want, and then give you all the room you need to make a decision about how and when to proceed. He is a 5-start sales consultant.

Despite the negative reviews I actually had a wonderful experience at Ourisman Mazda largely due to their sales consultant, Joseph Crawford. We were searching and hoping to purchase the new CX-50 and we visited 5 other dealerships and all of them said the same thing: none in stock and nothing coming in for the next couple of months. One dealership actually told me they could get me on in the next month but they would have to add a $10,000 markup. Mind you the MSRP of the vehicle was right around $41,000 so a $10,000 mark up was ridiculous. Fortunately, I made one last phone call and I was able to speak with Joseph who not only got me a GREAT deal but also made the buying experience quick and easy. You may read bad reviews about dealerships in general but there are good people who work there and Joseph is a prime example.

Big engine(400 hp), most ground clearance, most luxury features on base model, Infiniti reliability, hassle free sales process(negotiated trade in, purchase price etc all over the phone) elegant quality interior. Tahoe’s/Yukon’s are now a dime a dozen.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

Great daily driver, feels extremely safe and easy to control. Also has a great amount of cargo room and leg room for passenger comfort. The safety features are unmatched when compared to any other car.

This is our second Tesla (first is a 2019 Model 3). Wow, what they've been able to accomplish after just a couple years is astounding. Sound proofing is drastically better, center console is way more useful, and the ride quality is smooth as butter. Absolutely love our newer Tesla even more!

Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. I am waiting for a new fresher model to come out but not in a rush.

Very happy with our purchase. We have about 60,000km on the vehicle now (Yes Canadian). I am very pleased with the quality, performance, and reliability of the vehicle. We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.
