Honda of Grand BlancReviews
Honda of Grand Blanc review
Came in for oil change and rotate tires. The service is always great. . The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I had a question regarding an app on my cat and when the service was completed a sales associate came out with me to my car and explained how it worked.i was very appreciative that he took his time to explain how it worked to me. The office staff is very nice. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and they put it in their refrigerator for me. I left a book there and they called me the next day to xxx if I left my book. I did ! I couldn?t image going anywhere else for my service . They have always taken great care of my cars .

I wanted to share our recent experience working with Gus to purchase our 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The entire process was straightforward, and Gus was very patient with us, especially since my wife had many concerns about the vehicle being shipped from Detroit to our home in Chicago. Gus answered all our questions promptly and was completely transparent throughout the process. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, The Dandridge Family

Prestige CadillacReviews
Prestige Cadillac review
This review relates to Prestige Cadillac and my salesman, Mr. Henry Flakes, Jr. I made a previous Cadillac purchase from Mr. Flakes before and it was his past service which was one of the deciding factors why I choose Prestige for my second Cadillac purchase. His apparent concern for my needs and willingness to work with me as well as his enthusiasm for the product was a major factor for the purchase. If you need a Cadillac, see Henry at Prestige and tell him I sent you. Alan C. Young

Salesman Zack worked well with me on a 2021 Toyota Tundra. I told him what I could do and he, Drew, the sales manager, and AJ in finance made it happen. Got a slamming deal on a great truck with a good rate. Everything was fairly quick and easy. Would definitely recommend giving them a call. A ton of inventory rolls through. A lot of Hemis for the Mopar fans.

What a pleasure they made buying a car, my experience was so splendid they I will come back and I plan on staying for life.
2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team

I would like to thank Andy my salesman and the finance manager for going out there way of assisting me with the purchase of 2018 XT5. They got me in a vehicle with no problem in a couple of hours with no money down with the car payment I had in mind and a low interest rate
