I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed.
After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned.
From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.
customer oriented dealer. salesman Steven Silverstein was polite, informative and was considerate of time we had to spend at the dealership. no high pressure. Steve was well versed in all aspects of the buying experience, including his detailed knowledge of the car we purchased.

The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs. From the phone operator kay, to all the staff in service they make your trip there a soothing experience. Once again thank you all.
My entire experience here has been spectacular.....how buying a car, or anything, should be. I am happy to take the time to review Cadillac of Novi! Peter Yatooma was my salesperson and he was just awesome! They have made me a customer for life.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
I love my new Subaru and without any hesitation I will tell you that Kerbeck is the right place to get yours!
I have always had negative feelings toward the whole car buying process but the Kerbeck team made me change my mind. They made it easy and actually a lot of fun!

I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.
I recently wrote about how they are liars and steal money... I wanted to give an update since they contacted us about my previous review..
They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
Highly recommend Barbara. She is the internet sales person and this is the second car I have bought through her at Arrowhead Cadillac. She makes it easy.
