This was the 5th vehicle in 5 years, I buy from Royal Cadillac/GMC. I keep returning simply because of the attention and dedication to the customer experience. I have dealt with many other dealerships and brands in the past and since 2021 when I had my first experience with Royal I have decided to keep my loyalty to them, because they showed me loyalty first. This time around I simply text Mustafa in the morning and he took care of everything for me. He made this most recent purchase the best I have ever had. Got there signed and picked up my new Hummer. Mustafa?s knowledge and genuine passion for what he does is admirable. I like to work with people whom I can trust, I appreciate that he has taken the time to learn what I like and dislike, how he is always available for questions, and his advocacy for the customer. Mustafa delivers customer service in a genuine unscripted manner. He is by far the best. I?m already looking forward to my next purchase at Royal Cadillac/GMC with Mustafa.

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.

This has been great to me. Since I got it a few months ago, I’ve had no problems with it. Everything electronically works great including ac. The convenience do dads are great. Mileage is great for a now older car.

this car is great except for the noise coming from the sunroof but it’s nothing major i love it. Now i can take care of all that needs to be done without depending on other ppl.

Keith and Scott provided the most stress free, professional car buying experience that I have experienced. They were helpful to the point of referring me to a local shop capable of providing a detailed, third party inspection...then ultimately driving it to/from the shop. There was no pressure, even when we ultimately decided this wasn't the right time to make this particular purchase. The overall experience was refreshing.
