I’ve been looking at this vehicles for a while now and I am glad I finally bought it. It looks great, I save so much money in gas, it’s comfortable. It is not as fast as a Tesla but if I wanted a fast vehicle, I would’ve have bought a supercharged V8. The performance I have with this car has exceeded my expectation. By far the best looking car in my neighborhood/ workplace/ city in my opinion. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Used ELRs are the best bargain luxury car available and will break necks anywhere and everywhere you go.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

since this car came out as a prototype I fell in love with him, his lines and all his technological advances. I own two of them one in black and the other in silver in addition to a cadillac cts, the handle them is a delight and its acceleration is not as shown in videos on YouTube, it is also the only vehicle that is the same as the original prototype plus there are only Approximately 2,000 of them around the world. I'm a profession mechanic and I can guarantee you that this is a car that when you go on the street you turn heads. I have seen people taking pictures with my car in the parking lots and they even ask me if it is 2019, because they had never seen it before. This car with its refined lines and design will remain for a long time looking like a newly purchased car.

Read a few reviews online & heard about this place from a friend & decided to check it out. When i came into the dealership it was very clean & neatly kept. a man named Sean greeted me & my mother immediately & was very polite, he also was dressed very nicely which is rare to see at some dealerships. I did not purchase anything as i told him from the beginning because i was weighing my mothers options for her. he wasn't pushy, but he was very informative on all my options & what he could do for us. After a few minutes of just chatting about several things i was impressed at how all the workers carry themselves, although i did not purchase a car at that moment, i think ill be pushing my mother to make her purchase there! thank you

Nice car, ride has different mode, never worry when battery dies, engine take over. Basically has two fuel guages, just dont let both of they go empty!

I get very good mileage. I can go without charging and get.. 33 to 35 mpg. I'm up on the empg or what ever, but in town I canf go weeks witnout getting gas. forgive the spelling.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Arguably better than Tesla

I love the Tesla and it is definitely my second choice after the ELR. I think a used Cadillac ELR is a better purchase than a used Tesla for these 5 reasons 1) Tesla's have held their value so you can now get an ELR for a lot less money than a Tesla. You get more car for your money with the ELR. 2) I do 95% of my driving on electric alone. On the rare occasion I drive a long road trip, I run on gas. The Tesla requires stopping and waiting for recharge. 3) Tesla doesn't allow you to buy any parts and doesn't always allow other mechanics than their own to work on the cars. 4) Though taste is subjective, I think the interior on the ELR is much nicer than the Telsa interior. It has much nicer materials, lots of wood trim and leather. The minimalist interior of the Tesla is cool now since it's new, but after the newness wears off, it will just look plain and stark. 5) The large screen on the Tesla is cool, but I like actual buttons and knobs of the ELR much better than having to use the touch screen to do everything like in the Tesla. It's dangerous to have your eyes leave the road which a touch screen requires.

Miles: 5,100 after one year of driving. I am 6'3" tall. I could not be happier with this car. My dad owned a 1968 Coup de Ville with everything. Oh, to see the look on his face if he could see me driving this car. The car turns heads and is admired by people from all walks of life. (No exaggeration). It is stunningly beautiful and will never go out of style. Performance is very good especially manuvering around town under electric power. It has the extended range kit and I typically get betwwen 40-50 EV miles per charge, depending on ambient temperature. I drive 70% electric and have not even bothered to install a level 2 charger at home. I simply "top off" each night when I come home from work. My garage at work offers a free "juice" bar. My last gas powered highway trip was 36 MPG. Approximate cost to fill the 9 gallon tank with premimum fuel is $24.00. I generally will carry only a half tank of gas or less, unless I have an extended highway trip planned. Acceleration will push you back in the seat, off the line. The 233 HP produces more than enough power for high speed highway cruising, although top end speed as with most electrics, will not equal that of combustble engines you may be used to driving. Note: the 2016 ELR is a very different and much upgraded car from it's debut version in 2014. The engine, range, Cadillac Cue and Nav were all upgraded from 2014. (There was no 2015 ELR). My remarks pertain only to the 2016 model which I own. The car is extremely comfortable. However, as with any coupe it is at best, a three seater. One unexpected added bonus is that it has become a "Unicorn" and I expect that the value will hold or appreciate very nicely overtime. No matter for me either way, since I have no plan to ever sell this car. Best advice: Ignore any professional car review on the 2016 ELR and focus only on what OWNERS post in their reviews. You will see an overwhelmingly high satisfaction fact.

I've owned 29 cars since I was 14 years old, most bought new, and my 2014 Chevy Volt was one of my top 3 favorites, probably #2 after my 1997 BMW 528i. I put 48K miles on my Volt in 2.5 years, and I only let it go recently to upgrade it to a white 2016 Cadillac ELR. The ELR starts w/ the same Voltec drivetrain I love so much, and re-wraps it in 100% cooler sheet metal (if less practical as the ELR is essentially a 2 seater w/ a big trunk) and with an interior that puts my wife's 2016 Mercedes and every BMW & Audi I've ever owned (there were 4) to shame. I decided I could live without the hatchback utility of a Volt, and no one had ridden in the back seat of my Volt for 99.9% of the time I owned it, so there was only remaining obstacle: price. I found a gently used (5,405 miles) 2016 model in my favorite color that was garaged & babied by a fusspot owner like me, only 11 mos out of the new car showroom, at ~ the same price as a new 2017 Volt equipped like my 2014 after all incentives, except no $7.5K fed tax credit on a used ELR. And the ELR still has 3 years/42K of new car warranty left. For a car this beautiful, not only was I willing to pay an extra $7,500 vs a new Volt, I was also willing fly to the midwest to buy it, and pay another $1K to ship it home. After a few K miles of driving my new "Unicorn" (these '16 ELR's are actually more rare than that!), I couldn't be happier with it. I look at it from as many angles and as often as possible daily. It's much more comfortable and fun than the Volt (which was no slouch at all in either category), but THIS car is at another whole level of experience! Hoping (and expecting) that car #29 is going to climb over all the others, including nos #1 & 2, to the top of my list of my all-time favorite vehicles owned!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and we desperately needed a new car, but we had never bought a new vehicle before, ever. My husband met David Pigate first, and when he called me and told me he was looking at cars, I didn't expect us to get approved. We didn't have the greatest credit and we had only been in NY for a year. David was very optimistic though. When I got to the dealership and met David I was first struck by how genuinely nice he was. He didn't give off that sleazy used car dealer vibe that we all think of when we think of car dealerships. He was outgoing, sweet, and took a genuine interest in us. He even got our daughter a couple snacks while we were waiting. That was the only thing that sucks about car buying is the waiting, and the waiting, and the hours you spend there. But, we didn't have great credit AND we couldn't do a huge downpayment, so we knew they were working hard to figure things out for us. We ended up with a really nice 2014 Jeep Patriot with payments that we could afford and even afterwards when we were having issues with all of the points we needed to finish registering the car, they let us take the Jeep home on dealer tags so I wouldn't be left without a car. Fast forward a year later to now, and my husband needed to get a second vehicle for work. He wanted a Dodge Ram 1500. At first, he looked at actual Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. He got "pre-approved" with "no money down" by Chrysler Capital and we thought that was pretty great. After talking to one dealership though, he felt pretty good about a truck, but the next day (after they had run inquiries on his credit like TEN times) they never called him back. He was livid. We talked to another Dodge/Chrysler dealership and kind of had the same thing. They didn't have a huge selection of older used Rams (like 2010-2013) and the only one that they did have that we could really afford we couldn't get financed for. Frustrated with everything, my husband was about to give up. I told him (even before we went to the second dealership) that we should call David again. He didn't think they'd have anything for us, but lo and behold they had a couple Rams that were just what my husband was looking for. My husband went and looked at a couple and we really liked one. Talking to David and Ron, we realized that my husband's credit and mine as well had taken a hard hit from the other dealerships who had flooded our credit with over 20 inquiries in less than two days! David and Ron explained how this would look to the banks in trying to get a loan, but they said they would try anyways for us. Again, David worked tirelessly for us. He even came in on his day off to help finalize the paperwork and we were able to get our second vehicle! This dealership is the best. They really do treat you like family. I could go on and on. Honestly, David was and is the best car salesman ever and he ruined it for every other car salesman out there :-D.

I have a commute of about 36 miles, and I charge at work. I also have a 240V Charger at home. Absolutely the right car for me! I can get to work on a charge, and get home on a charge. During winter months I use less than half a gallon of gas each day, and I use almost no gas in the summer months. A used ELR is the way to go for comfort, efficiency, and no range anxiety. There are occasions that I have to travel great distances for work, not a problem! The gas engine winds up getting close to 40 MPG.

I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

The car is so well done. The performance is perfect for a daily driver. The interior materials and finish are as good, if not better, than any of its imported rivals. The exterior is stunning. An amazing used car value. Don't base your opinion on the car tests- if you can find one drive it for yourself.

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
