Worked with Mike Wonder, Lisa Burton and staff regarding an ongoing front end noise, that at times would not replicate; ultimately they ?figured it out (front strut and mount)? and fixed the issue. They were professional and actually took the time to do what was right. Great service and recommend?

This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.

From start to finish the process was awesome. Jesse, Chris and Steve went out of there way to help. This is the first time I have not purchased a car from the same dealer in my life. We drove over an hour to check put this car. Steve stayed hour and half past close to walk my wife through all of the features. I had a valve stem leak in my right front tire due to the extreme cold weather. The Customer service team @ Central Cadillac was able to get me back on the road in a very expeditious timeframe.
