My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
Gene Siefkert was such a great help to me. I was looking for a used suv. I gave gene some ideas and we texted for few days. I couldn???t make it to the dealership. When I arrgived gene went above and beyond to help me purchase the right suv for me. He listened to my concerns and helped finalize all the paperwork. Gene answered my guestions and explained certain features. My family has used Tom Ahl Dealership for many years. This dealership treats you like family. They are knowledgeable and understanding. I always recommend them. Maggie Farler was extremely helpful with all the financial and coverage paperwork. She had my best interest at heart.

Following the maintenance schedule will ensure reliability, great performance and better than listed - gas mileage. It's also a very showy and attractive head turner as it shows like a new car due to the ming mirror finish application.
Ron was a great help. He went the extra mile to help me not have to come back when there were some issues with their finance system (out of their control). It was good experience for my son who went along to see how buying a car works, and a great example of what he should expect.

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.
Only one issue. Service dept slow. All we had was an oil change and took one and A half. That's silly. Happy with every thing else

I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall

This car is an excellent value as a used vehicle. It has the high-end look, feel and features you'd expect from a Cadillac, but is very moderately priced as a used vehicle. Mine has almost 100,000 miles on it and looks, feels and functions like a brand new car.
Josh and his Dad, were great to work with. We found the vehicle we wanted to look at and just showed up. They showed us everything on the vehicle didn't try to hide or mis-represent anything. Very smooth process getting the financing to fit our budget. Overall great expedience

Lift gate won’t open condensation in side

I’m very disappointed ’’ with my SRX 2012 battery replaced won’t start after back in shop paid $ 120 in labor told me nothing found car is starting now ,,,condensation in side $425 repair on that lift gate won’t open now Cadillac service said another $ 500 to repair I’m pissed ’ thinking of trading it in Cadillac sucks ’
Salesman was excellent, and very friendly. I would recommend Aaron High to anyone in the area who is shopping for new or used car or truck. Very nice clean vehicles.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.

We was looking for a dodge avenger but it was sold so we looked around and we was going to leave and the gentle pulled up with a nice ford fushion and asked if we was interested so we asked year and price and decided to test drive it i loved it so we went in and the financer josh was very helpful and answered all our questions we were there for maybe 25 to 30 minutes once we started paperwork
They were very friendly and helpful
I surely would go there again if needing another car

Car is great. I’ve owned a 2010 and a 2013 Luxery and Performance package. Loved them both. i think I prefer the AWD 3.0 to the 3.5 V6. Roomy and sporty Cadillac
