We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Jess made this so easy. The car was ready, detailed and had a full tank of gas. The paperwork was prepped and ready for us to sign when we arrived. We would absolutely buy from this dealership again.

Found the car with the mileage we'd been looking for. Drove from Tallahassee, FL. to Ocala, FL. and Sullivan's to trade our existing car in on the 2019 Mercedes. In and out in just over 2hours. Gotta be a record for buying a car. Sullivan's was very efficient and professional. Highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

I have been a customer of Village Toyota for over 40 years. Never have I been disappointed. The latest service dept visit was just one of many wonderful experiences. They strive to make your visit the absolute best. Thank you to Devoe, Paulo, and Scott for always making me feel special at the dealership. In the infrequent times that an issue whether small or large has developed they go out of they way to make you happy. I am so grateful to have Village Toyota as my go to automotive dealer for so many years. Much Gratitude.

Best experience I ever had leasing a vehicle. Brooke, my salesperson, was very attentive to my needs and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The entire transaction took place online and by phone, without even stepping into the dealership, due to COVID-19. Brooke, Jeff, Zach and Barbara (from sales, finance and delivery) all worked together as a winning team to provide me with the most affordable, comfortable, easy and pleasant ride possible. Best of all, issue free! I highly recommend this dealership and Brooke to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Thank you Starling!

Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa review
I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.
