Used Cadillac XT6 for sale near Matteson, IL

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

We walked in looking for a new or lightly used Cadillac. Coach Novak approached us and was absolutely fantastic. He was right he isnt a typical salesperson. He wasnt the typical slick talking, fastmoving stereotypical sales guy. He was respectful of my wife and my time and our needs. We got an great deal on a beautiful Cadillac. We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

The XT6 is the perfect family vehicle. All passenger have plenty of leg room, drink holders and power outlets. The exterior is very stylish and we get many compliments each day.

What a change 6 months make. They have new Managers their that actually care about the customer. I ended up buying a new Escalade and servicing my other Cadillac their! Isaac and Dave are awesome.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer. We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

It’s a very comfortable car overall. It rides like a Cadillac. The interior could have more, especially for the price of the vehicle. The 3.6 v6 gets great fuel economy, and is fun/sporty combined with the fast shifting 9 speed transmission. It has all the tech I’d ever need in a vehicle. Reliability (so far) has been great. Only oil changes, tire rotations, and an alignment to maintain that Cadillac ride. If I didn’t plan on buying a camper to tow, I’d definitely buy another!

Although we could not agree on a price, Kourtney was very helpful; very knowledgeable about the product. I enjoyed working with her.

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. SIDEBAR: Out of the last 5 car purchases I have made in 7 years- this was the absolute BEST experience ever!!!! Colleen & Family Loved Phillips & their Awesome Team!!!
