I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

My husband Stan and I both needed new vehicles. After having a terrible experience purchasing my vehicle at a CDJR dealer in Brooksville, Stan and I went to Jim Browne CDJR in Dade City to purchase his vehicle. We met with Chris Cusker. What a huge difference from my experience. Chris as well as Beau in finance were extremely nice, completely honest and above board. They disclosed everything to us, answered all of our questions and unlike my experience we left the dealership with all of the paperwork from the sale. The dealership itself is very clean with a relaxing and comfortable service waiting area. Without disclosing one of the problems I had with my vehicle from the Brooksville dealer, suffice to say, Gene, a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman in Jim Browne's service department resolved it. This dealer is by no means close to where we live but they are certainly worth the drive for both vehicle purchases and service. Great ga mileage very dependable 4 years purchased new off show room floor V6 spirited driving good handling 30.5 MPG on long trip at 70 mph go 85 mileage drops to 27.5. Good ride firmer seats with they were a bit softer over all zero mechanical issues Liked it better than bmw and Audi I drove

Great service done yesterday for a key fob that was back ordered yea yea yeah

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I am old and have bought many used cars over the years. Some were sleazy, some were ok and some were good. This dealership was excellent. From the patience of the lady who put up with me test driving 6 cars (on a frigid windy day) to the extraodinary lengths Ali went to in order to make the car I selected fit my budget, it was an exceptional experience.
