This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My interactions from scheduling the service, arrival, and leaving were all exceptional. The service advisor was friendly and the porters took care to keep te vehicle clean. The time it took to complete the service was as expected. So I will be returning when other service is required.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

After months of vague thoughts of wanting a truck, a weekend spent driving my friend's Tacoma convinced me it was time to trade in my Element. Only having bought from private parties in the past, I was a little skeptical about going to a dealership, but I didn't want to spend months looking, and State Street had a Nissan Titan that fit the bill. I reached out on a Sunday and had a reply by Monday morning, after which we scheduled a time to take the vehicle for a test ride. Dory answered the few questions I had but was not pushy (a concern I had about dealerships). He essentially gave left me to my own decision making, and when I said "let's go!" he moved things right along. The whole process was painless, and they even fixed the minor gripes I had about the vehicle. Dory and co were extremely gracious about helping me out and getting everything sorted, despite it being a used vehicle with no warranty. Their willingness to help was an unexpected surprise, even more so because their their mechanic had determined that the vehicle I'd traded in was going to need a large repair, eating into their margins. Great experience at this dealership. The general manager is very nice, low key and transparent! All the car salesmen who helped me were great too. This dealership was willing to work with me and gave me what I wanted for my trade and dropped the price of the vehicle I bought. It was a quick and easy process. No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

Was just contacting the dealer about whether the truck had the fifth wheel towing package. The salesman answered my question quickly.

The service we received was exceptional, courteous, simply a pleasant experience. I was concerned about buying a used truck but I eventually felt comfortable after our questions were answered with patience and validation of our concerns.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I just purchased a 2022 Cayman S from Motorcars Limited. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Mark was a no-pressure salesman, Scott was great in their finance department (he gave me great advice on record keeping for the car), and Gary, the sales manager, was easy to talk to. The showroom is immaculate, and the selection of high-end vehicles is worth the trip (I traveled 80 miles to visit see the car). I will definitely buy another car from this company.

I love my 2008 XLR. Leased it new. Lease was up so I thought they wanted too much money of course so I left it at the dealers and rented something else. We were in Florida and I saw one in a showroom. Went to look at price but it was sold. Looked at a listing for one in the area, and there was my car, mileage, vin number etc. so I called and asked if it was a former lease. Yes. From Colonial Cadillac in Danvers Ma. Answer: yes who is this. I explained and he asked me what the dealer wanted. They must think women can be rolled over. My answer was the same xxxx price you have it listed for. So NO. I went to test drive it and they were giving away Starbucks gift cards. It was so sad. My dog ran right over to the car whimpering. It took about another month with no wiggle room. BUT I called said I was leaving for Ma next week, last offer and have a nice life. I of course was lying, told me the car was mine and spent 2 more months in Fl and shopped it back home where it gets used infrequently with the to down.

Incredible vehicle. Best price & performance in class when released. Daily driver that can haul 5 people in luxury and still hang with the new Corvettes of its time: 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, 1/4 mile in 12 seconds @ 120mph, top speed 198 (Although the automatic was electronically limited to 178mph). Bullet proof engine & drivetrain. Cheap to maintain. Used ones are a bargain. Where can you get a 550+ hp Reliable luxury sedan for under $40k? Prices appear to be rising, perhaps due to rarity and that the CTS-Vs are no longer being produced.

Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I’m 60 years old and owned at least 50 cars from low end to high end cars. This car is the BEST vehicle I’ve ever owned it has it all good looks, awesome performance, all kinds of luxury appointments, superior ride especially for a roadster, roomy I’m 6 4 230 and have ample room. Convertible top works flawlessly and hardly any road noise. I will always own at least one of these until the day I die. Absolutely love it!
