Probably the most satisfying car buying experience I’ve ever had. (I’m 62 and have owned 9 prior to this.) The salespersons/manager bent over backwards to make me happy with my trade-in and the sale. I honestly left Bleskin feeling that I got the best of the deal (which kind of makes me nervous and waiting for the other shoe to drop 🥺). My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

I came into the show room ready to have an adversarial relationship with a salesman, the usual hard sell, pressuring and sneaky tactics. Instead, I got a kind soul who simply gave advice about shopping for cars, was fine with me selecting the test route, and was concerned about making sure I had a positive experience. The price on my trade value and the new car were somewhat inflexible, but that is because of their no-haggle pricing which gives their sales team license to actually be humans. I would certainly buy from them.

This vehicles has met all my expectations from appearance to performance inside and out. I would prefer or recommend the CT6 if family Vacations are in order

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

I purchased a used Honda. I was informed by the City Motors salesman , when I questioned the multiple owners on the CarFax , that most likely they were military personnel relocating. I was a bit skeptic at this response. First off, the alternator was replaced at no charge to me. I first tried to work something out with the salesman who sold me the car, which was to no avail. Pam's sister Sharon, in public relations, was the reason that it was done at no charge. Approximately 6 months later my car was deemed not drivable. I took it to a service shop in Chinook, where the owner had found a 34 page service bulletin regarding the motor and frequent spark plug replacement. Unfortunately, the extended warranty outlined in the service bulletin did not apply to my vehicle because it was older than 8 years, which was the life of the extended warranty. I was advised that my vehicle would not be useful for cross country driving, which was the reason I purchased it. Pam, City Motors public relations representative was a Godsend in the entire process of resolving the issue. City Motors service department worked with American Garage in Chinook, to determine the issue diagnosed by by the garage. While City Motors did not buy the car back at full price, they did pay for the service bill and approximately 70% of what I paid for the vehicle. Pam is a rock star, as is City Motors service department who worked with American Garage in Chinook. American Garage in Chinook provides impressive service. Their astute diagnostic skills were also the reason the car was bought back. It took a lot of tenacity on my part , but City Motors did stand behind the car, when the issue got in the hands of Sharon , Pam and the service department. Leslee Weber

Purchase was great price for a quality auto with many options. Provides a quiet, comfortable ride fo a great price. No quality issues so far. Sapaugh in Herculaneum provides great service that can't be beat.

Love It ! A wonderful family vehicle,plenty of room ,all wheel drive really helps out on wintry days . Excellent vehicle to take on vacation
