our 3rd Cadillac sedan, this one is the best. Well styled, extremely comfortable, handles great. Traded a BMW for the CT6. Don!t stop producing this great vehicle.
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.

This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Bought a 2018 Equinox LT AWD. Was told it had fog lights ( looked like it did) Only to realize when I needed them later on that they weren’t there.... still waiting for a response from the sales manager And the sales person who sold the car to me. Both tried to tell me at first that the head lights are HID and are replacing fog lights.... I wanted fog lights and i wouldn’t have bought the car without them. I’m very disappointed that the communication (via phone/ text) went just silent without any resolution from either employee of this dealership. I do find this rather unprofessional. I do like the car, but it’s not complete.

I love the look, comfort and reliability of my Cadillac. It is by far the most favorite car I have ever owned. I am completely satisfied.
From the minute we pulled up and a sales person came out and welcomed us to Everett, we knew we had found the right dealership. They exceeded our expectations on the car package and as I told both the product specialist and the finance manager, it was the dealership that closed the deal for us. Sales, the service area-- the full package. We met everyone including the Body Collision manager. While we live 40 minutes from Everett in Mooresville we'll have our Chevy SS serviced there. Everyone made the process a pleasure.

I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
Great salesman. Delivered it in good time. Used Truck had a slight leak. They fixed no questions asked. Mentioned dissatisfied with it not having floor mats after I had already bought it. They are sending me some new ones.

Owning this car is a blast while on the road. I have the 2016 3.6 engine with magnetic ride control and it is just a wonderful car to dive especially on curvy roads. It does everything i could need from a car.
The negative side with mine was the issues i keep having. I didn’t have any issues with the cue system that many complain about, accept a couple of freezing scenarios and had to do a hard reset twice. After 30 000 kilometers the car needed an entire new torque converter and apparently this issue is a more common problem with this model. The car would hesitate and jerk when driving arround 80kmh at arround 1500-2000rpm. At 40 000 kilometers the oil pump had to be replaced. Now at 47 000 kilemeters the entire differential has to be replaced after i started having a whining noise from the back.
I still love driving it as it is soo much fun and the interior is such a great place to be in but I deffinetly don’t intend to keep it after the service and waranty run out. I’m not sure if mine is a lemon as i had more issues than most people reporting online but i thought it would be worth sharing.
Salesman was really helpful they was quick to deliver truck to me. Used truck it started leaking transmission fluid before warranty was up. They fixed no questions asked. I mentioned being dissatisfied with it not having floor mats they responded with sending me some brand new ones. That's what matters is the follow up after the sale is made. They didn't just take my money and forget me.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
This is not a review of our salesman who was fine, but the finance manager. We have excellent credit and I had to flat out ask him three times if he was adding points to the deal before he would answer. And now I find out he shopped our deal to at least five banks which show up as inquiries on our credit. I am furious.

Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
Joe and Michael were the best and most friendly to work with. I had probably at least a million questions and neither ever made me feel as if I was bothering them. They even stayed open late to do our paperwork so we could get the car on a Friday night.
I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. Jerry and the rest of the staff were fantastic, thanks guys!

I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.

Owned for 6.5 years and very very happy with it. Changed my view and understanding of owning a Caddy... at least until I tried to buy one from Central Cadillac. But that's another story- stay away from Central Cad. Only repairs I had was motor mounts (under warranty) and the battery cable at 95k miles. Sitting at 105k and still going strong.
