Very good service

I drive a Honda mini van and my wife drives a Ford Edge. After spending 4 hours at a funeral home with a dear friend, we found out we had a dead battery when we tried to depart. (it was also raining really hard) My Honda dealer is in Evansville, Indiana, so my wife called the Ford Dealer at 4:30PM and the Service Mgr. came and jumped our battery prior to 5:00. We drove my car to the dealer and when we arrived, the Service Mgr. had already called into the Service Dept. and had made a appointment for the following morning to have my battery replaced.
We were obviously very impressed with this positive experience.
