This is our third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and have always had great experiences. We had car trouble 3 days after purchasing our vehicle. We were able to contact Frank and he put us in touch with the right people and got us taken care of even though it was 8 at night. We were towed and given a rental to continue with our trip. The sales managers and Don went above and beyond to get us taken care of and to make sure our vehicle was fixed and taken care of. Don kept in touch with us daily to let us know the status of our repairs and it was a big relief knowing we were being taken care of while out of town. The only downfall of this was of course the vehicle trouble but also the sales process. Our salesman Paulino kept having to ask my husband what his name was and the overall experience with him was not what we have experienced in the past. When we had the car trouble everyone was very apologetic and went out of their way to help us, the only response we received from the guy who sold us the vehicle was "Oh, well that's nothing I can control". We will continue to purchase future vehicles from this dealership and I recommend to anyone purchasing a vehicle to always ask for Frank!

Why would you take out the air shocks in the 2018 , my 2013 had leveling air shocks and drove like a dream . This 2018 takes bumps really bad, just bought it brand new and can’t stand the ride.
The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.

This car does meet all of my needs! It is an excellent performer and also handles exceptionally well. The driver and passenger comfort are both exceptional. It is an excellent road car that also works well in a crowded urban environment. All things considered, a far better value that any of the European or Asian competition.
Isaia was great to work with and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Chevy Suburban that I purchased. I really liked that he was not pushy and was very patient with me as I asked questions.

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
What a fantastic experience! Terez made buying a car fun somehow, and he actually cared about making sure I was happy and safe in my new Lincoln. What a fantastic guy, cant say enough good things about him!

Rocky was quick to get the Tahoe in for repair/replacement of A/C condenser and look for recalls. Tahoe was ready the same day.

This car suddenly stopped, received a download message, car went dead. The second time came in a week, wife was driving made a turn signal and flasher turned on, went 3 miles and shut down. Dealership can't find the problem, OnStar said it was not responsible.
Raul Medrano was very helpful. He answered all the questions we had and showed us what vehicles we wanted to look at. Raul was very helpful on helping us make the decision on the vehicle we purchased.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
Very satisfied with Rookies work, always with a good attitude, and polite.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Good experience overall!!!! Got us exactly what we wanted and met all of our needs. Jeff and Amber did a fantastic job.......Keep up the good work!!!

We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.
Not only was Mr.Jeff Garza dressed the part of the Saleman he played it EXTREMELY WELL! My husband and I were VERY impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, patience, etiquette, friendliness. We have already begun to refer our family and friends to him. Definitely a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We purchased this vehicle the first of October from Master Cadillac in Aiken, SC. Adam Rodriguez was a salesperson. It was such a wonderful car buying experience. The Escalade drives like a dream. I would HIGHLY recommend the 2015 Escalade and would HIGHLY recommend Master Cadillac and Adam!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

The CTS-V is the best combination of performance, luxury and styling for the money. Period. Very few cars boast a 200 mpg top speed and this one does it with 4 doors and a sunroof. It took a little while to learn how to tame this much power, but it is a lot of fun surprising other high performance legends out on the road. Hands down I would buy this car again...and again.
HEATED SEATS ARE A JOKE DON'T EVEN GET LUKE WARM, DEALER SAYS THAT'S JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, FOR $100K THEY SHOULD WORK. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This vehicle has really met all of my expectations. GREAT looks, very comfortable and good economy. I really could not be too much happier with the total package,
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
