Handy Cadillac Buick GMC review
First and foremost, a special thanks to Mike and staff for a non-rushed atmosphere. My time as with staff is important, but to be able to schedule an appointment and have a smooth discussion of our needs but FRIENDLY! Dawn and I are extremely happy to have made our decision of using Handy`s. We look forward to the future.

Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington review
I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉
2025 Cadillac CT4 review
Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Attractive car with great comfort and a pleasure to drive. Huge trunk and great sound system. Love the seat warmers in the winter. They don’t make them like this anymore! I loved driving it around town.

Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington review
I recently had a mechanical emergency with my vehicle. My car was towed to the service center at Key Automotive in the evening hours. I received a friendly phone call from Ethan in the service department first thing the next the morning. Ethan’s customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by noon. The atmosphere when picking up my vehicle was professional and friendly. They had even washed my vehicle before I arrived! Even though this is not a local automotive facility for me, I will be back for all of my sales and service needs!

Keith is truly exceptional! He was consistently available, providing updates seven days a week, making the entire car-buying process seamless. The financing options were straightforward, and I found the experience remarkably professional. Having purchased more than six cars over the years, I can confidently say I'll never consider another dealership as long as this team is around!

They were so easy to work with! I even got into a newer car with less miles then the one I was looking at. Ranita was great through it all. And financing with Kevin was super fast! Definitely will recommend them to friends.
2018 Cadillac ATS review
A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls review
The dealership was great, no doubt about it. My salesman, Craig Picca was the best salesman I have dealt with. Why? HE LISTENED!! Craig answered all my questions, patiently and never made me feel like I didn't know anything. He knows his products, suggests what is based on listening to what I asked and/or said. He was very helpful based on what I asked, said and wanted. This was great for me. He explained the cars features and again was so patient with me. Thanks Craig. See you in three years!
2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned
