I had an issue with my A/C and made an appointment with another dealer two weeks earlier, only to be told that they couldn’t help me as their diagnostic machine was broken. They also said that there were no recalls on the car. I took it to Capo VW and my A/C was fixed promptly and there was a recall on the car which they took care of as well. I’ll never go back to the other dealer even though is closer to my house. I appreciate Capo VW prompt service and professionalism.

My wife was in a pretty bad accident. She walked out perfectly safe. The Atlas built like a tank. We went and purchased another one. Went from a 21.5 to a 22. I’m satisfied with it

My Salesman was Uriel/Vince Fierro and he was over the top helpful especially in these times with supply issues. 1 conversation and the car was there the next day and ready to go. Also received a follow up phone call the next day to see how we liked the car. Everything Vince told me was right on no games or anything like that. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and helpful as well. I dealt with 6-9 other dealerships and delt with various knuckleheads. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

My 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe had a paint issue. I contacted Tim Bright(Service Director) and he had his service advisor Danny Martinez navigate the warrantee claim through the system,got approval and had the issue fixed in short order. Great customer skills on Danny's behalf.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Laguna Niguel Hyundai had a 2016 Accord Sport w/ manual transmission they were still prepping for sale. I reached out to the dealership and Mia took pictures for me which she texted. Immediate, friendly and professional. Upon arrival, Mia was busy with another customer and had Alicia take care of me. The whole experience was delightful. I am not kidding! Alicia was awesome and took excellent care of me as we went through what can typically be an arduous process. Raul was our middle man to negotiate on my behalf and went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park. Finally, signing the paperwork with Max went smooth as silk. Everyone at the dealership was personable, a joy to engage with, and made me feel elated to be buying a car from them. I feel like I made four new friends! I joked with Alicia after she told me she has sold cars to relatives, to treat me like family and that is exactly how it felt. This sales team did everything absolutely right. Who thought buying a car could be an uplifting experience. It absolutely was, and I cannot do justice with my words to thank Mia, Alicia, Raul and Max, as well as the dealership for how well they took care of me!

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Bought all new Q5 sportback 6 months ago and its been great. Not one issue. Lots of tech and gets looks everywhere i go. I have the Prestige model.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.
