My service experience was good. I had my truck serviced for transmission and warranty was honored. Only issues I had was with the text messaging which I communicated I was not getting a loaner. I get a call next day from another service advisor and it felt kind of rude due to him wanting an answer about the loaner even though I communicated through their messaging system before. The other issue was when I received my vehicle it was very dirty. It had that brown dust/ mud stuck on the windshield/ body and inside as well being more dusty. I am assuming it was from their workshop at the machinery. No big deal, would be nice if they had a complementary car wash like Team Gillman Honda. Lastly, not sure but there should be an option to see if parts can be expedited in order to get the service done quick. Overall I am satisfied and Dianelly delivered good service.

This van replaces one that I had from 2006. It is updated for the times but it is familiar and stayed the same which is good for a tradesman. It has the same classic styling and is tried and true. Just bought a new 2025 F150 Laiat Hybrid. Best truck ever, has all the options. Best price by far than other dealers. Devin was amazing finding it and having it transferred. They found an issue that the other dealership didn't and fixed it before delivery. We needed another key and they sent to our house to program key. Very impressed. Better than our old Ford dealership by far!
