Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FiatReviews
Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat review
Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
Excellent Service at AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills My recent visit to AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills was an excellent experience from start to finish. I arrived before 7:00 a.m. and was taken in promptly as soon as the dealership opened. My appointment was confirmed, and all my information was already loaded into their system, making the check-in process quick and easy. I had my oil changed, transmission serviced, and inspection completed, all within two hours. They even included a car wash! I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the team?s commitment to getting me back on the road as quickly as possible so I could continue with the rest of my day. I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills for their excellent customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. It?s refreshing to receive such great service and have your time respected. I will definitely consider them for my future service needs.

This was my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Grapevine. Our sales associate Bria was very accommodating and professional. She took the time to listen and find my wife the exact car she has dreamed of. I generally hate the car buying experience but Bria was a joy to work with. We will be back!

Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine review
I have owned over 30 Mercedes-Benz cars. Unfortunately, I have a G wagon that caught a flat and nobody could figure out how to pull off the cover to get to Lugnuts. I called many places finally went into the dealership service couldn't help except for me to buy the tool $70 PEAUX Benson sales manager went out of his way to pull the G wagon apart to figure out where they hid this little device. It took him a long time, and he finally found it agreed second effort. He deserves a A great review this professionalism is rare in the world we live

Mercedes-Benz of GrapevineReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine review
I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot. I was so impressed with my first online contact with the dealership in asking about a particular Mercedes vehicle pretty late at night… it was around 9pm. Someone actually responded letting me know they were closed, but would assign me to someone. I was like wow… and it was not a bot. That was impressive. The icing on the cake and the reason for this 5-star review was because of one of their Sales Experience Managers by the name of Shara Freeman and her boss (not sure his title), but his name is Dereck. Both great personalities without the “sleezy” sales person vibes. I was in shock (because I have never seen this kind of personality with a sales person before) in how non pushy and down to earth they both were. It was because of her and Dereck I purchased the vehicle that I did. I felt like Shara really pushed for me to get the price I wanted and make the deal work, either that or she deserves an Oscar. I expect Shara will be moving on up their corporate chain in to time, they would be crazy to let this one get away. Also, be aware they do not add any additonal fees minus the ones you are accustomed to (Taxes, Tags, Title, etc.). No crazy 4k dealer fees or asking 10k over MSRP here. I also appreciated they are people of their word. I asked for something to be repaired on the vehicle that I wanted, and they kept their word in getting it fixed even though I already signed the papers and took the car home. How many times were you promised something, only to try and get that something done and they act like you never discussed it with them… not Shara and Dereck, they got fixed what I asked the very next week in one day. If you read most of their negative reviews, it’s from the service side and not the sales side, so keep that in mind. In closing, I can see why as a car dealership they are rated so high, which is a feat in and of itself. This place is the real deal and if you want the ultimate car shopping experience without the uncomfortable push... ask for Shara, you will be glad you did. — No hype.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates review
Sean is very nice about everything. Even though I'm not going to get a Mercedes, he was very respectful in his emails.
