This was a routine service and your service Tech Jason met me at my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. He did a walk around inspection took my keys and made sure I knew where the waiting area was. I tracked my service on my phone and it was accomplished in amazing time. Jason then helped me navigate a question I had about my navigation system. He patiently showed me how to resolve my inquiry and told me to stop back or give him a call should I have further questions. Jason is an asset to your dealership. Your overall service team does an excellent job. I'll continue to bring my 2024 Colorado to you for service.

Hertrich's Frederick Ford review
I am one who hates car shopping. Primarily because of the pressure from salespeople. I was blown away with the service provided by Frederick Ford dealership in Seaford. My salesman, Mike Miller was extremely accommodating in facilitating my purchase of new truck that was just what I wanted. He went the extra mile in taking care of all loose ends with truthful answers and no hidden surprises. I highly recommend this dealership!

Your associates always do a great job in servicing my truck and keeping me informed. The comfortable waiting area is also great. On this trip Jennifer Brittingham went way above and beyond. She not only performed in the way that I have become accustomed to when I get my vehicle serviced at your location but let me know that I had rewards points that I had no idea that I had. Those points reduced the cost significantly. She is a great person for you to have interacting with customers. She is cheerful and very knowledgeable. With all the choices that I have to go to for my truck service it is people like Jennifer and the rest of the professionals that work at your company that will keep me coming back. Thank you

I really appreciate the way my service advisor, Brittany, handles service at Frederick Ford. She walks through every detail clearly so there are no surprises, and she keeps me updated on my vehicle’s progress the whole time it’s in the shop. That level of communication and care makes a huge difference. She’s a standout advisor and a big reason I trust Frederick Ford with my vehicle.

Thank you to Rob Stockman and Frederick Ford. He helped make this process of buying a new car possible. They had to do a process to remove smoke smell and Rob delivered my car to my house the next morning! He helped set my phone up to the bluetooth and explained all the bells / whistles associated with my new KIA Sport! I will be offering his name/number out to anyone in need of a vehicle and they will know they're going to be in good hands with this company and this salesman. Thanks!!! Laura O'Hara

This has been such an exciting and smooth purchase. We credit Dan Jones for that. He has made this total experience hassle free. We were able to follow the path our car took along the way. Upon receiving the car, he spent all the time necessary to familiarize us with all the NUMEROUS options. He is still available for any and all questions ( although because of his time spent with us) there was only one. He certainly is extremely knowledgeable about the this car (and all cars). We are indeed enjoying our beautiful car and receiving numerous compliments.

Keith was very professional and got me out of the office in no time. Will definitely recommend this dealership.
2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
About cargo vans
Which cargo van has the best MPG?
The Ford Transit Connect has the best MPG among traditional internal combustion cargo vans and offers up to 24 MPG city and 26 MPG highway for a combined rating of 25 MPG. These figures are based on EPA mileage ratings and are for comparison purposes only. The actual mileage will vary depending on the selected vehicle model year, trim, driving conditions, driving habits, vehicle maintenance, and other factors.
Which cargo van has the longest range?
The Chevrolet BrightDrop 400 has the longest range among cargo vans and can travel up to 296 miles on a single charge depending on electric motor and battery options.
EPA-estimated range is the distance, or predicted distance, a new plug-in vehicle will travel on electric power before its battery charge is exhausted. Actual range will vary depending on model year, driving conditions, driving habits, elevation changes, weather, accessory usage (lights, climate control), vehicle condition and other factors.
