Rami held the car for me until I could get to Arlington from Tulsa, Ok. I flew in to Love Field and Ubered to the dealership. The car was detailed immaculately, and presented very professionally. Rami was very patient and not at all overbearing and pushy. Allowed me to drive the car as long as needed. I has some Issues with the car after driving it back to Oklahoma, and Rami and staff stepped up and helped take care the issue. Financing was exceptional. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! It’s a 2000 ram van wagon 1500 Still running great after all these years!! Have 109000 miles No problems! Just get oil. Hanged and lubed every 3000. Detailed every other year

O M G !! Mendi and Robert made this experience so memorable. I was nervous because I had a bad experience with another dealership and I thought it was going to be the same thing, but surprisingly I was wrong. The first thing I loved was they didn't try to sell me anything out of my budget, she listened and gave me options. She was very communicative, patient, kind and went above and beyond, drove us all the way to Denton so I could test drive the vehicle and it was love at first sight. I will forever recomend this place. She has been following up making sure everything is ok with the car. This is the place to trade/purchase a vehicle and when you go ask for MJ (Mendi), she will take care of you like family.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
