Kevin went WAY out of his way to help me with a new car I purchased from him. Before I took it home, they replaced a wheel bearing. However, a week later the same bearing went bad again and the ABS light kept coming on and off. He offered to fix it again and they ended up replacing the entire knuckle. He picked the car up from my boyfriend's work 15 minutes away and left him his personal car. We accidentally didn't have much gas left in the car and he even put a few bucks in (which I feel really about!). He's been very honest and has communicated well with me since day one. Kevin has done more than enough for me and it's been much appreciated! :)
2015 Chevrolet City Express review
I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

Exceptional value. We’ve bought cars from this dealer for a decade. Most recently a 2025 Acura RDX A-spec with 9000 miles on it. I found records in the car showing that it sold 18 months ago for $51k. Current book was $41k. I paid $31k. Showroom clean. They disclosed and showed a picture of the rear end damage it sustained. All repairs made passed inspection from my mechanic. Understand that McComb Automotive specializes in the sale of R titled vehicles. Other reviewers missed this key point. Also understand that they DO NOT finance. This is clearly stated on the website. What you lose is the factory warranty, Acura guarantees 5 years bumper to bumper, 7 years power train. What you get is McComb’s warranty of 1 year power train, and exceptional savings. Do your homework, then go test drive a car. You will not be disappointed. Do not expect a slick salesperson or even an overly pleasant office staff, although Kathy was very helpful and efficient. This place is all about the cars. We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX IN 2018 and have made ZERO repairs to it. My sister has purchased a dozen cars from McComb Automotive and has loved every single one of them. We recommend them with no reservations.

2016 RAM ProMaster City review
Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. Toby made the experience perfect! My husband and I watched the market for months before finding our ideal vehicle at Unlimited Motors. We had quite the commute and a busy home schedule that interfered with our availability to even get to the lot for a test drive. Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.
