I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

One of the best dealer sales interactions I've ever had. I scheduled an appointment online for a test drive and the sales associate was there and available for me to interact with on time. She had good knowledge of the vehicle and answered many of my EV and car questions. The test drive was good and thorough and we were able to explore the features. After the test drive they provided some pricing and I went on my way. I had a lot of follow up questions and they were able to get those answered as well. I proposed some revised sales numbers and Ford of Londonderry was able to make it work. I went in to finish the deal and it was a quick and easy process. No pushing of addons or games with sales numbers or any other shenanigans. They walked me through some of the detailed features, helped me set up my phone and vehicle. Excellent customer service was provided by the sales manager and service representative. Two recent positive experiences, the first positive experience was the purchase of a 2025 Ford Maverick XLS. The salesperson was knowledgeable, as was the finance manager. The icing on the cake was the follow-up assistance by the sales manager. The next positive interaction was with a service representative who explained in great detail what was needed to repair our 2013 Ford Edge and the costs. At the end of July I brought my nephew to find a car. He picked out a 2012 RAV4. We had the opportunity to deal with both brothers, Andrey & Dmitriy and let me tell you they were both courteous and honest. There were some things wrong with the RAV4, but that was not a problem for them. We picked it up the next day and it was perfect! They told us, any problems, you come back. The AC stopped working. We went back and they ordered the part which happened to be the AC sensor. They replaced it, no problem and no charge. I would definitely go back and buy another car.

2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I've had my 2018 Exress passenger van for about 5-6 years now, I chose a van because trucks are so expensive. I've towed a few cars with it, some heavy loads of gravel, and have towed a large pop up camper quite a few times even through some of Eastern U.S. mountains and it does fine. Its been reliable and the 6.0 litre V8 and 6 speed Auto heavier duty transmission are known to last a long time according to what I've read. I had a crew cab Nissan titan that was quieter as far as road noise goes but I guess its not too bad, its a van after all. Kinda get a drum effect with all the empty space in it. I remove most of my seats or all of them to haul stuff, plywood, bicycles, furniture, or whatever else I need to haul. It will get 17.5-18.2 mpg at 70mph which isn't good but I guess it could be worse, after all its kinda a box on wheels. Overall It does what it needs to and runs well with plenty of power for what I do. I have the shorter WB version, with all the seats out you have close to 10ft of area to pack stuff in it.

2014 Nissan NV Cargo NV2500 HD review
We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!
